You know what I find crazy?
That people are so committed when it comes to make more money, yet health can always wait.
The funny thing? They end up spending what they earn to cure their diseases and illnesses.
âIâll skip the gym, Iâve got work to finishâ. Then, they use their earnings for antidepressants because they didnât have time for a natural endorphins boost through exercise.
âItâs just a cigarette every now and then, it calms my nerves when Iâm stressed at workâ. Then, they regret not having preferred breathing fresh air when it ends up with constant coughing and throat clearing.
âHealthy food is so expensive, and I donât have time for all the prep. Ready meals are fineâ. Then, their guts becomes leaking and end up causing autoimmune diseases.
I was like that. Crazy. After I got my MS diagnosis, I finally opened my eyes.
And even though I can now say it takes very little to look after our physical/mental/emotional health, it was extremely difficult when I first started. Staying committed was so hard, but I knew it was the only way.
Maybe youâre not feeling happy where you are right now. And perhaps you are willing to change, but you are feeling so stressed and overwhelmed that you done know where to start.
I want to help breaking it down for you. You certainly CAN feel better. Just reach out đ
