I was just thinking about how “clear” I thought I was a few years ago about things in my life. I was convinced I had all figured out. What I wanted to do in life, my career, my goals.
Except I was missing the main point: I had no clue WHO I was and WHO I wanted to be.
That’s why I was feeling totally disconnected. I could not feel anything other than numbness.
But I had no time for this, I had to be productive, I had to work hard, make money, scale my career. Because that’s what life is about, right?

Welcome MS. My wake up call. I genuinely don’t know where I would be right now had I not receive its visit. The journey of introspection and self-discovery that has followed has been (and still is) so tough, and something I would hope everyone to experience. Not because I’m mean, rather the opposite.
It has allowed me to find the real clarity. It has allowed me to rebirth as the true me, the me who sees perfectly the societal and developmental conditioning she has been exposed to and who is capable to acknowledge them with compassion and acceptance towards herself.
I am so in tune with my values and who I am, that everything around me is shifting, evolving for the better, every day more. My relationships are improving; my business is improving; my health is improving. I am attracting what is in alignment with me.
And while MS is still inhabiting my body for now, I’m healed.

It all started with an intentional breath. A small, yet powerful, intentional breath led me here.
Sounds crazy, right?
And you know what’s even more crazy? Like you, I thought “what can a simple breath do?”. I thought I had no time for this. But on that one occasion my intuition spoke louder than usual, and decided to give it a go.

I’d go through my to-do list, scroll through social media, get caught up in distractions—but I didn’t feel truly present in my own life.

A few years ago, I was juggling so many things—work, personal goals, responsibilities—but it felt like something was missing. I was getting things done, but I was feeling like life was passing by.
I didn’t feel present.

It wasn’t until I started adding small, mindful moments into my day that I noticed a shift.
✨ Sipping water while paying attention to every sensation.
✨ A quick stretch that released built-up tension.
✨ Writing down one intention for the day.

Can I share something with you? 🫢

Not long ago, I felt like my days were slipping away. I had big dreams, so many things I wanted to achieve, but somehow the hours got lost in endless scrolling, distractions, or just feeling too tired to start. Somehow, I never seemed to have enough time.

Then I discovered something powerful: it wasn’t more time what I needed, actually it was the opposite! I needed to slow down. I needed a reset.

The best thing? We don’t need hours to reset your mind and body, you only need a few intentional minutes.

I often talk about gratitude. It is one of my pillars, one of my core values.
I don’t go a day without being grateful. To the Universe, to God.

Some time ago someone asked me: “With everything going on in your life, how can you be grateful?”

I’ll tell you how.

Every time life throws me lemons, it’s an opportunity for me to learn to make a great lemonade. Bring me rotten lemons every single day, I will learn to make champaign out of it, until it is embodied that champaign is my standard, and I align my life to it.
The s**t going on in my life is what makes me grow. It’s what makes me resilient. It is what makes me proud of myself: for not giving up; for not accepting a “poor me” as an answer, but rather actively looking for a solution; for coming out of it stronger and wiser every time; for giving me the chance to be the best leader I can be for my little boy.

How could I not be grateful for this every single day?

Whatever is going on in our life, we have two choices: either remaining stuck in what can feel like a dark place, or being curious and brave and experimenting with some colour. I know my choice.

“I can’t believe they always treat me like that. I’m always so nice!”

Is it who you truly are? A nice person?

Or is it your persona, conditioning you to have weak boundaries? Boundaries that your ego is pushing away into your shadow, because they don’t build your societal acceptance? Making you a people pleaser to gain love and acceptance?

Time to take responsibility and get back on the driver seat. Nothing will change if you don’t change. You will keep manifesting the same pattern in your life.

A word that carries great weight.

Some people never use it; others overuse it.
Neither is ideal.

Recognising when you are wrong and offering a heartfelt apology is a sign of emotional intelligence, humility, and maturity. It shows that you’re taking responsibility for your actions.

Be careful not to overuse it, though.

✅ What you say is your responsibility.
❌ What people understand is not.
✅ What you do is your responsibility.
❌ How people interpret your behavior is not.
✅ The way you lead your life is your responsibility.
❌ The way others judge your life is not.

Just remember: never apologize for being you.

It’s not your back hurting. It’s the load you’re carrying.
It’s not your head aching, it’s what you’re thinking.
It’s not your throat being sore, it’s what you’re not saying.
It’s not your stomach aching, it’s the injustice you’re not digesting.

There’s only one medicine, the most potent medicine that can heal you. And it’s available to you, you don’t have to go far.

It’s called self-love. It is within you. Find it, nurture it. You owe it to yourself.

It can be overwhelming at first, if you’re not used to it. Be kind to yourself. Baby steps.
Allow yourself to make mistakes. Learn from them and keep going, keep growing. Just don’t give up.

That’s what leaders do. That’s what is possible for you. And that’s what I really want for you.

I’m a coach. I want you to thrive. But I’m not your carer.

You will get empathy from me, not sympathy.
You are going through s**t. I get it.
Life can be hard. So can you.

I’m not here to cuddle you. That would be a disservice to you.
You will be challenged.
You will be pushed.
You will come out of it stronger.
You will feel great, empowered.
You’ll have my full support. I’m rooting for you. But you’ll have to put in the work.
It won’t be easy. That’s why not everyone is willing to do it.
Growth is not easy. But it’s necessary to embody the version of yourself that you aspire to become. The version of yourself that already exists, and is waiting to be claimed.
You will have to break through your cozy little bubble. It’s going to be painful.

The question is: is it going to be more painful than remaining stuck where you are and watching your potential thrown in the bin?
You are the only one to know the answer.

“Poor me”
“Why things always happen to me?!”
“I’m going through worse things than you”

This morning I went to a meet up. It was lovely. No fancy selfies of people smiling, looking at the camera to post on socials. No. I was so immersed in the conversations that it didn’t even cross my mind.

There were such positive vibes. People telling their stories; their emotions were coming through. I’m an empath, I feel them particularly.
Nobody ever released any “poor me” vibe.
Nobody.
Not once.
A lovely lady telling about her MS journey. She now has Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. You know what that is? It’s the final stage. The stage where there’s no remission. Where the symptoms keep worsening and disability keeps increasing. There’s no treatment that can stop that.
Yet, she was there. She drove herself there from afar. She wanted to be there. And she was such a positive presence.

These may not be the people I go on a night out dancing, but they certainly are people I want to hang out with. Despite their age and their condition, their outlook towards life and their vibes are magnetic. And they match mines.

Whenever you find yourself pitying yourself, ask yourself who you are surrounding yourself with. And if it’s the case, review your circle.

Stop for a moment and become aware of what’s going on in your mind. If you don’t like your vibes, how can you change them?

The only catch is that you won’t get to wake up tomorrow.

Would you still take it? No? Exactly.

That means, waking up tomorrow is worth more than ÂŁ10,000,000.

So, wake up tomorrow and act according to the fact that your life is worth more than ÂŁ10 million.

Imagine this…
You go to a beautiful place to recharge your batteries.
You have the opportunity to admire a breathtaking view.
So you get ready, you jump in your car, then you take a train, then you climb a mountain.
And you find yourself in the middle of clouds that will stay for hours.

So, what’s coming up for you? How do you feel?

If you feel pi**ed off, I get it, it’s understandable. After all, you had a certain expectation that has been disappointed, and if we add all that effort to get there to see nothing…it sucks, right?

But here’s the thing. The harsh truth is that you, my friend, are creating the problem.
“When I see the beautiful view, I will be happy”…You are looking for something external to give you this feeling of happiness.
What if you could create YOUR reality within you before the event even happens?
What if you could command your mind to think certain thoughts that create certain emotions that create your reality, regardless of what happens outside of you?

Let me tell you, it’s 100% possible.
Do that, and you change your life for the better.

And while I am eagerly waiting for tomorrow, to attend what is for me an event of a lifetime, with my eyes closed I admire this mesmerizing view, and I feel happy.

Just close your eyes and imagine. Take your time. How do you feel?

Don’t you love when your mind wanders? Something that happens to me, like, all the time. I’m a Pisces, after all!
Reflecting, one of my big realisations in life is that being or thinking positive all the time is a no-no. It’s against our nature and it can do more harm than good.

If you feel sad, take the time to feel the sadness.
If you feel angry, give anger the space it needs.
If you feel anxious, dig deep.

Don’t cover these things under the carpet and put on a positive face and attitude. It’s just a mask and you end up creating disconnection with your body, with yourself. Basically you f**k yourself up.

It’s like looking at the gorgeous blue sky while standing in a pile of garbage. You can be as positive as you want when looking at the blue sky, but if you don’t clear the pile of garbage it won’t last.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about positivity, but it has to be real. You have to really feel it and have mind body and soul aligned. Only then will you vibrate at high frequency and will attract similar vibrations in your life.

Spring is rebirth. Easter is rebirth. The underlying message I’m getting is: what a great time to start rewiring our subconscious and balance our nervous system. In other words, let’s be inspired by this rebirth to clear the garbage so that we can really and truly enjoy the blue sky. Give me a ♥️ if you like the sound of it.
