With climate change comes extreme weather patterns that have led to losses of lives, properties, and precious earth resources. Then there is transitional grief: a growing awareness that things are changing, and feelings of grief and sadness because of the many losses involved.
How do we begin to respond to climate-induced grief over the loss of humans, plant life, and animals and transform anxiety into action for our planet?

Special guest Jill MacIntyre Witt provides her perspectives on the newly released IPCC report
After a recent assessment report by Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) warned of climate disaster. The report issues code red for humanity. In other words, some devastating impacts of global warming due to greenhouse gas emissions are now unavoidable- such as extreme weathers patterns, melting glaciers, sea-level rise, droughts, etc. But there is still a short window to stop things from getting even worse.
Jill MacIntyre Witt - Climate Reality leader and author, Climate Justice Field Manual, will help make sense of the latest IPCC report and what kinds of action is needed to forestall worse consequences from past and present emissions.

Climate researchers and policy experts around the world are singing praise of a study just released by the stodgy International Energy Administration in Paris. “Quite amazing,” said one. “Heartening,” said another. A third one called it, “one of the most important climate analyses ever published.”
As important as the ‘what’ of this report is the ‘who’ – the influential IEA – said it. It’s a message commanding attention.
