Rain showers across Minnesota and Iowa will slowly push east this evening with rain developing across Wisconsin tonight. Earliest showers will be around 9 or 10 PM with most seeing steady rain around or after midnight.,

Snow will continue developing northward in the area this evening. North of Marathon county there might be an inch or two accumulation. Drive carefully.
Over the next few hours, mainly rain in central Wisconsin. Some accumulating snow is likely in the Northwoods through the evening. Use caution out on the roadways.
Gusty winds continue this evening bringing cooler air to the state of Wisconsin. Thankfully once the seasonal air arrives, the gusty winds should begin to die down.
It's going to be a cold night for trick-or-treaters, be sure to bundle up! And even though the snow has ended, there could be some slick spots on the roads AND the sidewalks as the temperatures drop below freezing - drive and walk safely tonight!
Be very careful driving home tonight - there are many reports of flooding around the area. Grand Avenue is closed in Schofield right now under the train tracks, and many other streets are seeing flooding as well. Thanks to Andy Adrian for this video from around 6:00 PM.
