Running the memory patch is simple if you follow the instructions. Direct the program towards RE4's executable, which is GAME.EXE (also inside the main folder).
For the Enhanced Environment Textures, copy the "xfile" and "xscr" folders directly into RE4's main folder.
For Albert's Texture Mod, copy "xfile", "xscr" and "ogg" folders directly into RE4's main folder.
For the HD Project, you will just require the 720p cutscenes, which are part of the main files. These overwrite the "movie" folder inside the game. If it asks to overwrite, do so.
The RE4 HD HUD requires a third-party program to function, which is called Texmod. This is included with the download. Anyway, copy Texmod.exe and HUD ULTIMATE HD EDITION.tpf into your main game folder. Run Texmod as an administrator (this is important, otherwise Texmod won't work). In Package Mode, click on the Target Application box and search for Resident Evil 4's executable (GAME.EXE). Now select a package (click on small icon that looks like an open folder) and browse to the game's main folder. This time select HUD ULTIMATE HD EDITION.tpf and run the game.
Reshade is not mandatory, but it does improve the game's lighting. I would suggest you play around with the settings until you find the combination you like. I did make a Reshade tutorial a few months back, but it may be a little out of date now. Just as an important side-note, RE4 runs on the Direct3D9 API.
