Feeling a little bit down lately. Vaccation is over and daily life is starting again. I haven‘t been in the gym since july and didn‘t took my diet serious. Time to change that. It‘s hard to start again. It‘s hard to resist the voice in your head telling you, you should stay in, eat a lot of sh*t and not follow your dreams. I‘m honest with you. Today is a day where I spend a lot on wishing and not much on actually doing something. So take this as an advice. Don‘t wish for it … do it. And start now.

No matter if you are tall or short. Big or thin. Muscular or regular. Masculine or feminine. For the ones who know me for a while know, I‘m not immun to self-doubts, body dysmorphia or anything like that. I‘m not happy with my belly and try to workout more and eat more healthy to get the body I want. BUT! There is no reason for not doing the things you love. There‘s no reason to text a photographer and create art together. I‘m not happy with my belly, okay so no pictures of me without a shirt. I was so unsure when I bought this shirt. I mean it‘s a little bit like not wearing a shirt. But I tried and I‘m super proud of myself for pushing me out of my comfort zone. I‘m really happy with the results and if I wouldn‘t tell you about it, would you see how uncomfortable I felt in the beginning? Chase your dreams. Do the things you want to do! Imagine you spent years in getting in shape just to realize, going to photoshooting is not even your thing. Or realize being thin doesn‘t chante anything on your toxic behaviour. Work on yourself WHILE chasing your dreams. Then you will succeed. What is stopping you?

It‘s always easy to go with the mainstream. It‘s always easy if you go for the low hanging fruits. I reflected, like I do it regulary and one thing I realized is this. I was scared way too long about what other people could think. You are surprised? Well, I did and I still do. Too often. But today I wanna make a step forward and start in a new phase of my life. The phase I wanna try some new things. Some of them, you may like. Some of them not. And that‘s okay. Today I wanna start with a picture my lovely girlfriend made and we just took some stuff together which was laying around and created this outfit and style. Special Ability: Distracting every living creature with charme. Sometimes fails because … oh a fancy light.

Ash, Vampire. Physically strong, good survival skills.. Will spend hours to make the perfect dinner while you starve to death. But your co**se will love the smell of his delicious food.
Special Ability: Drinks your blood and resurrect you as a vampire. Only works after eating pizza.

Enya, dark Priest. In touch with the old gods granting her old wisdom and power. Can stare any creature to death. Will judge you for not eating vegan in the apocalypse.
Special Ability: Can heal you from past experiences and traumas in a ancient ritual. Only available after finding the secret formula of the chai latte she loves.

Fears, dark Paladin. Mentally strong, will fight for you to death. His ability to have deep and philosophic discussions with you, even in the most unappropriated situations will not only risk your life, it will also ruin the whole apocalpyse for you.
Special ability: Summon the mighty sword of the forsaken to perrish all enemies. You might come late for the apocalpyse because he starts with the summoning in the last second.

Energy follows attention. I found myself pretty often in situations where I got distracted. Not only I got distracted, a part of me wanted to get distracted. Is there a reason why you not simply put your phone in another room? Or just turn off your tv, laptop or whatever? No there‘s not. In my opinion a part of us doesn‘t wanna succeed. Doesn‘t wanna win. Doesn‘t wanna change to become better. I feel this. I can hear this voice in my head. Sometimes I feel like watching myself in third person without being able to get in control. Why are you eating s**t again? Why do you just sit on the couch scrolling and reading things which will annoy you. Why do you waste so much energy? I can‘t give you an advice to solve this issue. Not yet. But I fight to find a solution. So one day, I have an answer for you. Until then, let‘s try again. Focus on what is important. Don‘t follow the impulse to look for distraction. And ignore the avocado in my arms. That was a test ;) how do you handle this voice in your head and how did it affected you?
