This post comes from a real place in us because we've definitely had (and still have) doubts about things. If there's something new that you want to do, just know it's natural to have some doubt. Truth is, you have your doubts and fears for a reason. That's your brain trying to keep you comfortable and away from struggle. That's your brain trying to protect you. And for the most part, your brain is good at that. But do you want to know what your brain is also good at? Not letting you grow.

To grow, you have to face your doubts and fears. You have to go through some struggles. Growth is the glorious reward that comes from doing.

Trent Shelton (motivational speaker and former NFL player) shared some powerful wisdom with a group we're a part of! He gave us some advice on shifting into power perspectives during this difficult time. Here's what he said:

"Think about your perspective. Your perspective can either be your power or your prison. And even myself, you know I'm a human being so obviously this is hitting me and it's affecting my life—it's affecting a lot of things... I'm moving out of that prison perspective (which is blaming, complaining, feeling sorry, etc.). We've had enough time to do that. It's been almost two or three weeks during this quarantine. Now it's time for you to switch that to your power perspective and think about, 'How is this going to build me?' "
