My lowest to my highest since weightloss.
Just a small setback. I'll be back and I'll learn how to maintain!

Food addiction and mental health is huge.
My problem is when I'm stressed, my mental is too weak to control my cravings. I turn to food and alcohol.
This is something I need to get a handle on and I will make it happen!!

I've gained weight from my lowest but when i look at where i was before my surgery, it us still a big improvement. Howev...

I've gained weight from my lowest but when i look at where i was before my surgery, it us still a big improvement.
However, I am not where I want to be and i will not stay complacent. I will continue striving for my goal no many how many setbacks I have!
