2025 will be my year💓 I will be joining 66 days of healthier habit challenge 🦈✨

I will be documenting my progress daily and actively build new healthier habits. I’m so excited to get the chance to share the journey with all of you🫶🏼

Here are my three goals I have set for
🎀 DAILY JOURNAL
🎀 STAY IN MY CALORIE TARGET
🎀 DAILY MOVEMENT

The reason why I chose those three:
📔Daily journaling will help me stay grounded and focus on my intention. When I function with purpose, things fall into place. I want to train my mind along with my body🪷

🍑 My goal is to lose weight and train at the same time for a body recomp. So I will need to stay consistent with my food intake and spend more time in the kitchen than the gym. I have to eat at a calorie deficit in order to get what I want.

🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️ I didn’t realize how little daily movements I did. So I will dedicate a time to do this because I spend a lot of my time at my desk and sitting on the couch editing my day away. Getting my steps in and getting my heart rate into zone 3-4 will help 🔥 I know I can do this and I’m excited to see where it’ll take me!

This is what it feels like to prioritize your health and wellbeing 💗🌱🎀💫🪽 I’m happy, I’m fed, I’m with good company, and I FEEL good in my body 🥹 Also I never wear strapless tops EVER cuz im a big chest girly 🙈 and it just drags my top down. Maybe Im overly confident today or it’s this one piece that made me feel GOOD like I literally got a confident boost 📈📈

Morning routine starts with @premierprotein shake! ☕️ #AD This shake is great for anyone who needs more protein. I’m always busy and on the go but this drink has made my life easier. Not too long ago, I started another fitness program and came across Premier Protein. I’ve never tried it before and when I did, I couldn’t leave the store without it! 😆 Shortly after, I left the fitness program because it wasn’t for me. @gisou honey infused hair oil 🍯✨ I bought my first hair oil back in 2022 and I love the smell but didn’t know what it did for my hair. Shortly after, some influencers suggested that it did nothing and I decided to stop using it. But I’m glad I kept it cuz this year I’m taking care of my hair more and started using it again.
