Cultism, Hoodlums, Broad Daylight Robbery Needs To Be Quenched

Abia Government, people that live around Ngwa Road Aba, Do you expect them to pick up arms and protect themselves from bad boys or are you waiting till broad day robbery and house to house night operation returns in full capacity?
The embarrassment from the so called cult boys is becoming alarming. Once it is 6 in the evening, shops and bars will close because of fear of bad boys. WHEN DID WE GET HERE? People run everyday for safety in Aba in places like:
1) Abam street
2) Unity street
3) Ogwo road
4) Etche road
5) Ugulanna (bad boys domain)
6) Evina road
7) Ajali street
8) Ukonu street
9) Association street
10) Ndusoro road
11) Item road
12) Mbubo road
13) Aja road
And many other streets/roads.
These boys are making life difficult for people living in Aba. The government of Abia state has to do something about it unless they want to tell us they have failed just the same way the federal government failed Nigerians on security matters.
The security outpost isn't doing anything about it
There is Army Outpost at Ngwa Road by Ohanku and At River side primary school Aba and those same areas are where cult boys are terrorizing your citizens
Kindly safeguard the people living in those areas before it becomes a CANCER
