Graduation season is here and we can't help to see everyone's achievements on our screens, we may ask ourselves, "what about me?" In reality, peer pressure can be either a positive or negative influence that one peer, or group of peers, has on another person. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

In this week's podcast, we will be discussing about coping with peer pressure which can be tough. If peer pressure has negatively impacted your life, may this week's podcast offer compassionate and confidential help. ๐Ÿ‘ญ๐Ÿ‘ซ๐Ÿ‘ฌ

Detaching from unhealthy connections is about re-centering your attention and energy on yourself. When you place your energy and focus back on yourself rather than trying to please the people around you, you are in a better position to make better decisions about how it is best for you to engage in certain relationships. โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน

In this week's podcast, we will discuss about choosing yourself despite what others tell you. This is one way to self-love and know the signs and boundaries that we should set. We are complete, not by the love of others but by the love we give to ourselves. This time: AKO NAMAN MUNA ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ•Š

๐Ÿ“Œ If you donโ€™t heal what hurt you, youโ€™ll bleed on people who didnโ€™t cut you.

Generational trauma is trauma that has been passed on from generation to generation. Although people do not see our scars, we carry them with us. Sometimes, unconsciously and unintentionally, we reflect our scars on other people when we donโ€™t heal from them. But, hurting people will NOT heal your pain.

So, what can we do? what SHOULD we do? In this weekโ€™s podcast, learn more about generational trauma and the steps to slowly heal from it.

Itโ€™s time to stop generational trauma and time to start generational healing. โœจ

In the world that we live in today, where everything is moving fast, people easily come and go, and things can change in an instant, itโ€™s important to take a pause, inhale deeply, and remember yourself. ๐Ÿƒ

๐ŸŽง In this podcast, we discuss social pressure: what does it mean to each of us? Have we experienced this, or are we still experiencing it? We also discuss how it affected us and how we can rise above it. Is it even possible to rise above it, or should we embrace it?

Have a listen to this weekโ€™s podcast as we dig deeper into all the things that pressured us, affected us, and changed us. But despite it all, let us not forget that no matter how fast things are moving, how people are coming and going, or how things are changing, we simply say, "Sa susunod, ako naman." This time, it should be you. ๐Ÿซ‚

In celebration of womenโ€™s month, letโ€™s acknowledge and appreciate the efforts, abilities, won battles, and achievements of all women over the world including our mothers, sisters, grandmothers, aunts, girlfriends, and girl friends. Letโ€™s also admire the women who have fought for womenโ€™s rights and the accomplishments of women during pivotal moments in history.

๐ŸŽง In this weekโ€™s podcast, we are amplifying the voices of all women, sharing some of their struggles with societal expectations, mental health, and catcalling. Moreso, we also tackled how women support and empower other women to raise their voices and take a stand.

๐Ÿ’œ Babae ka, hindi babae ka lang. May boses ka, isigaw mo yan sa buong mundo! ๐Ÿ’œ

Letโ€™s explore what it means to be a woman in this generation, the unique experiences shared by women, and the mental health problems that women face, and celebrate women and their capacities.

Our inner child remembers feeling invited to a friendโ€™s birthday party and feeling so happy and confident. It is also the one who felt the salty tears run down our cheeks when mama left the house in a rush to go say goodbye. It remembers being ignored and bullied on the bus on the first day of school. Present when we are teenagers, wanting so badly to belong. It's the part that feels understood, calm, warm, and fuzzy when we have good times with others. It's also the part that feels crushed and betrayed when we are hurt, ignored, or lied to when someone hurts or betrays us. - Esther Goldstein
