And we're back! After a hiatus because let's face it - life and all the things thrown at us, we are back with a brand new episode.
This episode talks about mental health from a different angle - seeking help during all the times of our life. Whether it is to heal past traumas, tools for understanding your emotions or even learning how to better communicate as a spouse - seeking therapy for a variety of things during any time in your life is a good thing! We should all be doing it in fact. Don't ever feel shame for seeking to better understand yourself to make your relationships and business a better place.

We always encourage you to reach out to us with ideas or if you would like to be interviewed on the podcast - let us know. We welcome you to join us and share your story!

The conversation around mental health and seeking help typically stems around su***de awareness. What if we put into motion the tools we need to combat that before that even becomes a thought? What if we seek help in a variety of forms to give us the tools we need to unpack trauma, work through toug...

Unspoken Ag

Unspoken Ag is the podcast tackling all the tough issues that no one wants to talk about, yet everyone really wishes they did. From farming with family, off-farm income, budgeting, sizing your operation and even choosing to leave the farm all together...we cover it over at Unspoken Ag.

We will be sharing stories, wisdom and interviews. Want us to tackle a topic? Email us at [email protected], and if we can’t cover it, we will find someone to interview who will.

Honest, raw, real, unfiltered and unscripted - we’re just two farm friends from Minnesota, winging it from behind the microphone all to help other young farmers know that they aren’t alone.

Tune in wherever you listen to podcasts.
