Hello Everyone, Vikash From Exulansis here.

Exulansis League of Legends Team looking for a Manager with professionalism and conversation skills. The Duties Entail but not limited to.

- Scheduling scrims and flex queue games and to contact people personally if they don't show up.
- Manage Data Sheets with Details like Champion pools. - Improve Public relations with teams outside of India to expand our scrim partner catalog.
- Help Maintain Team Morale and de-escalate any conflict that may occur within the team.
- Help Members with their Content creation and Help make the organization more Brand Friendly.

These Are the Primary Responsibilities that may be expected out of the Manager but are not exclusive only to them.

The Manager Shall be the highest level of authority in the team right after the founder/coach and is expected that they are able to lead the members and ensure that there is teamwork.

Any other game-related perks like advice from players regarding the game and coaching can also be provided if the person is interested in it.

This is a Voluntary position for the time being. If the Team wins any Prize the manager may be offered anywhere from 5 - 10% of the winnings based on the total amount received.
