On the occasion of International Human Rights Day, a protest demonstration was held in front of the United Nations office under the leadership of Convenor Mehmood Ahmed Sagar yesterday under the leadership of the Convenor of the World on the occasion of World Human Rights Day. The protest demonstration attracted the attention of the world's nations at the hands of Indian soldiers in occupied Kashmir. The atrocities inflicted on oppressed Kashmiris have been condemned. On the occasion of World Human Rights Day, the speakers said that immediately after the creation of the United Nations, the world passed a unanimous resolution titled Universal Declaration of Human Rights And agreed that all nations of the world regardless of religion, nationality, colour and race will uphold human rights. But India, despite signing this global document, heated up the market of human rights abuses in occupied Jammu Kashmir. India 5 Military lockdowns and other strict restrictions have been continued in occupied Jammu Kashmir since August 2019. Indian occupation forces have martyred millions of innocent Kashmiris, burnt to ashes applications worth billions and thousands of youngsters missing. Human beings are involved in the crime of visually impaired. India has not only issued a license to its forces in occupied Jammu Kashmir for human rights abuses but also restrained any legal action against them through black laws. Speakers have said But said India has imposed such dark laws in occupied Kashmir, the example of which is nowhere in history. The speakers demanded the government of Pakistan to inform the United Nations Human Rights Council about the human rights situation in occupied Kashmir. Leaders Demanded that the UN Council for Human Rights appoint its envoy to examine the worsening human rights situation in occupied Kashmir. At the end a memorandum was presented to the UN Secretary General.

انسانی حقوق کے عالمی دن کے موقع پر کل جماعتی حریت کانفرنس آزاد کشمیر شاخ کے زیر اہتمام کنوینر محمود احمد ساغر کی قیادت میں اقوام متحدہ کے دفتر کے سامنے ایک احتجاجی مظاہرہ کیا گیا۔ احتجاجی مظاہرے میں اقوام عالم کی توجہ مقبوضہ کشمیر میں بھارتی فوجیوں کے ہاتھوں مظلوم کشمیریوں پر ڈھائے جانے والے مظالم کی طرف مبزول کرائی گئی ۔ انسانی حقوق کے عالمی دن کے موقع پر مقررین نے کہا کہ اقوام متحدہ کے وجود میں آنے کے فورا بعد اقوام عالم نے ایک متفقہ قرارداد Universal Declaration of Human Rights کے عنوان سے پاس کی اور اس امر پر اتفاق کیا کہ دنیا میں تمام اقوام بلا لحاظ مذہب وملت، رنگ و نسل انسانی حقوق کی پاسداری کریں گے ۔ مگر بھارت نے اس عالمی دستاویز پر دستخط کے باوجود مقبوضہ جموں کشمیر میں انسانی حقوق کی پامالیوں کا بازار گرم کیا۔ بھارت نے 5 اگست 2019 سے مقبوضہ جموں کشمیر میں فوجی لاک ڈاون اور دیگر سخت پابندیوں کا نفاز جاری رکھا ہے۔ بھارتی قابض افواج لاکھوں بے گناہ کشمیریوں کو شہید ، اربوں مالیت کی اطلاق کو خاکستر اور ہزاروں نوجوانوں کو لا پتہ کرنے کے علا وہ بڑی تعداد میں بے گناہ انسانوں کو بینائی سے محروم کرنے کے جرم میں ملوث ہے۔ بھارت نے مقبوضہ جموں کشمیر میں اپنی افواج کو نہ صرف انسانی حقوق کی پامالیوں کا لائسنس جاری کیا ہے بلکہ کالے قوانین کے ذریعے ان کے خلاف کسی بھی قانونی کاروائی کو روک رکھا ہے۔ مقررین نے آخر پر کہا کہ بھارت نے مقبوضہ کشمیر میں ایسے کالے قوانین نافذ کئے ہیں جن کی مثال تاریخ میں کہیں نہیں ملتی ۔ مقررین نے حکومت پاکستان سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ اقوام متحدہ کی انسانی حقوق کونسل کو مقبوضہ کشمیر کی انسانی حقوق کی صورتحال سے آگاہ کرے۔ قائدین نے مطالبہ کیا کہ مقبوضہ کشمیر کی بگڑتی ہوئی انسانی حقوق کی صورتحال کا جائزہ لینے کے لئے اقوام متحدہ کی کونسل برائے انسانی حقوق اپنا نمائندہ مقرر کرے۔ آخر میں اقوام متحدہ کے سکریٹری جنرل کے نام ایک یاداشت پیش کی گئی۔

I strongly condemn the posting of insulting video by students of National Institute of Technology Srinagar yesterday posting a insulting video about Prophet Islam on social media by an Indian student studying in the institution and he Said also strongly condemned the illegal arrests, dismissal of black law cases against Kashmiri students, dismissal of Kashmiri govt employees and confiscation of people's properties. Hazoor Nabi Kareem صلى الله عليه وسلم as an ideal not only for Muslims but for the whole world. Keep it, the arrogance in the glory of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) by extremist Hindus has shaken the faith and conscience of Muslims around the world. Referring to the arrest of Kashmiri students by the Indian authorities, he said that the Indian authorities should arrest educated youth. They are harassing and humiliating and torturing just celebrating the victory of their favourite cricket teams and their favourite players. Convenor Mehmood Ahmed Sagar emphasized on UN and OIC to address the plight of oppressed people of occupied Kashmir and Kashmiris. A team was sent to the occupied areas to assess the situation of the blindfold. On this occasion, special prayers were also performed for the martyrs of Kashmir Azadi Movement and the martyrs of Palestine. APHC calls for complete shutdown in IIOJK on Friday
Srinagar: The All Parties Hurriyat Conference has called for complete shutdown in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir on Friday.
The shutdown is meant to protest against the posting of a blasphemous video by an Indian student about Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). It is also aimed at protesting against illegal arrests, booking of seven Kashmiri students under a draconian law, dismissal of Kashmiri government employees and confiscation of properties of people.
The APHC in a statement urged the people of the occupied territory to make the strike a success. It also asked them to hold protest demonstrations on Friday against the posting of blasphemous video by the non-Kashmiri Hindu student.
It is to be mentioned here that the students at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Hazratbal area of Srinagar held a massive demonstration, yesterday, after an Indian student studying at the institute posted a derogatory video clip on social media about the Holy Prophet (PBUH). The Indian police booked seven students of the Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology in Ganderbal district of occupied Kashmir on Monday under black law Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) for celebrating Australia’s win against India in the World Cup final. Also, while continuing the arrest spree, the occupation authorities are terminating the Kashmiri government employees and confiscating the properties of the people to punish them for their affiliation with the ongoing freedom movement.

He endured the evidences of imprisonment in Indian jails and stayed with Azadi till the last breath. He passed away yesterday in occupied Jammu Poonch Sarankot. APHC-AJK renews resolve to continue martyrs’ mission
Islamabad, November 06 : A roundtable conference was held at the office of All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir chapter in Islamabad, today, in connection with the martyrdom anniversary of Jammu martyrs.
APHC-AJK chapter Convener Mahmood Ahmed Saghar chaired the conference while chief guest Sardar Yaqoob Former President and Prime Minister AJK, AJK, Sardar Atiq Ahmed Khan Former Prime Minister AJK, Jamaat-e-Islami Amir Dr Mushtaq Ahmed , Ahmed Raza Qadri Minister AJK, Jamshid Ahmed Chairman Human Right Council Pakistan, Adocate Nabeela Irshad, Nasir Qadri, Raja Najabat Hussain, Syed Yousuf Naseem, Muhammad Rafiq Dar, Malik Ishaiq, Haji Arif,Abdul Ghani loan Choudry Farooq, Qazi Imran, Gulam Nabi Bhut, and other also participated in the function.
The speakers on the occasion paid tributes to the Jammu martyrs and said the Kashmiri people are observing the day with a renewed resolve to continue the martyrs’ mission until their inalienable right, the right to self-determination, is secured.
Speakers and Hurriyat leaders said that the brutal army of India and the cruel soldiers of Dogra Maharaja Hari Singh had committed atrocities to deprive the Kashmiri people of their right. They said that the Jammu martyrs sacrificed their lives for a great cause and their unprecedented sacrifices would never be forgotten.
They said that the present Kashmir freedom movement is peacefully carrying forward the mission of martyrs and would be accomplished at all costs. They said the day is not far when the Kashmiri people will be freed from the slavery of India and decide their future.
Speakers and Hurriyat leaders said unless the Kashmir dispute is resolved according to the will of the Kashmiri people and the resolutions of the United Nations, permanent peace cannot be established in South Asia.
The speakers said that the massacre of 6th November 1947 is a black mark on human values. The purpose of the massacre of the Muslims of Jammu was to turn the Muslim population of Jammu into a minority.
The speakers paid tribute to the Jammu martyrs and said that their great sacrifices would always be remembered. They also pledged to continue the mission of Kashmiri martyrs till taking it to its logical conclusion.
They demanded of the United Nations, the world community and international human rights organizations to bring the Indian rulers and their terrorist organizations to justice for the massacre of Jammu and the killing of over 100,000 civilians after 1989.
They appealed to the international community to play its role in stopping the genocide of Kashmiris by India and for a just solution to the lingering Kashmir dispute.

He said that only through sustainable and united consensus the planned Indian plans against the Azadi Movement can be thwarted. At the end of the reference, prayers were offered for forgiveness for the late leader and all the martyrs of Kashmir and to continue the Azadi Movement to full success. Determination was reiterated. At the end of the program, the Muslim Ummah is facing the toughest conditions especially in Kashmir and Palestine. Their persistence was prayed for the release of captives and the elevation of the martyrs, and the recovery of the sick.

APHC Chairman pays rich tributes to Bijbehara martyrs

Illegally detained All Parties Hurriyat Conference Chairman, Masarrat Aalam Butt, paying rich tributes to the Bijbehara martyrs on the eve of their martyrdom anniversary has reaffirmed the Kashmiris’ resolve to continue their struggle till realization of their inalienable right to self-determination.

According to Kashmir Media Service, over 50 innocent Kashmiris were martyred in Bijbehara area of Islamabad district on October 22, 1993, when the personnel of Indian Border Security Force opened fire on the peaceful demonstrators, who were protesting against the Indian military siege of Srinagar’s Hazratbal shrine.

Masarrat Aalam Butt in a message from New Delhi’s infamous Tihar jail urged the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir to forge greater unity in their ranks and continue their struggle for securing their UN-recognized right to self-determination. He condemned the grave human rights violations being perpetrated by Indian troops in IIOJK and iron-fist policy adopted by the Modi regime against the Kashmiris.

The APHC Chairman while paying homage to the martyrs of Bijbehara said the Kashmiris would never forget those who sacrificed their lives for the sacred cause of freedom. He reiterated his demand for an impartial inquiry into the Bijbehara carnage and all other such massacres and killings committed by Indian troops in occupied Kashmir. He maintained that innocent human lives would continue to be lost and uncertainty would persist in the region till the perpetrators of heinous crimes against the Kashmiris were not brought to justice and the Kashmir dispute was not resolved in line with the UN resolutions.

APHC through posters calls for observing October 27 as Black Day

Posters have appeared in different areas of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir calling upon the people to observe October 27 as Black Day.

The posters pasted by the All Parties Hurriyat Conference on walls, pillars and polls in Srinagar and other areas appealed to the people of the occupied territory to mark the day by a complete shutdown.

The posters said that October 27 is the darkest day for the Kashmiris as on this day in 1947 India had landed its troops in Srinagar and illegally occupied the territory of Jammu and Kashmir against the will of the Kashmiri people and the Partition Plan of the subcontinent.

The posters with the pictures of senior APHC leader, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, pointed out that BJP and RSS want to impose their Hindutva agenda in occupied Kashmir. They said the illegally detained Hurriyat leadership is committed to continue the struggle for securing the right to self-determination till complete success at all costs.

Islamabad: All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Kashmir Convener Mehmood Ahmed Saghar has urged the United Kingdom to play its important role in the resolution of the Kashmir dispute as its is indispensable for sustainable peace in South Asia.
Mehmood Ahmad Saghar while addressing the reception given in honor of the visiting British parliamentary delegation led by Raja Najabat Hussain in Islamabad said the key to peace in South Asia lies in solution of the Kashmir issue.
He said that for the last 76 years, the Kashmir issue remains unresolved and the Kashmiri people are continuing their peaceful struggle to achieve their right to self-determination. He said it is the responsibility of the international community, especially the United Kingdom, to play its role in materializing the Kashmiris’ self-determination right according to the UN resolutions.
On this occasion, the British delegation was briefed on the latest situation in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Vice Chairperson Labor Friends of Kashmir UK Naz Shah also addressed the reception.

Mehmood Saghar thanks president Erdogan for raising K-issue at world forum

Islamabad: Convener All Parties Hurriyat Conference AJK and Pakistan chapter Mehmood Ahmed Saghar has extended his profound gratitude to Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan for raising the issue of Kashmir during his speech at the UN general assembly.
In a statement issued here today Saghar while highlighting president Erdogan’s commitment and sympathy with the people of Kashmir said that Turkey’s consistent support for the resolution of Kashmir dispute has been a source of great inspiration for the people of Kashmir.
“The struggling people of the Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir owe a debt of gratitude to president Erdogan and the people of Turkey who besides highlighting the plight of Kashmiris have strongly condemned India’s illegal occupation and the atrocities being inflicted upon the people of Kashmir by Indian forces.
Saghar expressed the hope that the world leaders would follow president Erdogan and support his call for an early and amicable solution of the lingering Kashmir dispute.

APHC cautions Kashmiri people about Indian agencies’ machinations
Srinagar: The All Parties Hurriyat Conference has said that Indian secret agencies, having failed in suppressing the Kashmiri people’s unending struggle for self-determination as granted by the United Nations, have started resorting to mean tactics including the issuing of statements on the fake letter head of the Hurriyat organization to mislead people.
The APHC spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar while referring to the latest press release issued on the fake Hurriyat letter pad about the assassination of a Kashmiri youth at a masjid in Rawalakot said that the statement was absolutely bogus and was issued by the Indian secret agencies under malafide intentions.
“The Indian agencies and their sponsored nexus are using Hurriyat pad to the defame Kashmiris’ freedom movement and also to wage propaganda against Pakistan,” the APHC said and warned that it will soon expose all those Indian secret agents who are using fake APHC social media accounts.
The APHC spokesman appealed to the Kashmiri people to not pay heed to such Indian machinations aimed at creating a wedge between Kashmiri people, their well-wishers as well as Hurriyat leadership.
