The future of langold allotments, is up to allotment holders to vote since the newly formed committee have said what they intend to do is for the good of our residents ,I ask should the residents have the right to vote and be informed on who will hold deeds as trustees, and how they intend to pay to get deeds returned as they have stated it will be very expensive ,or maybe it be returned to an allotment association rather than the LTD company, as it is now. Returning to a society or association will allow committee to apply for grants ,rents have doubled to try and pay for solicitors to aquire deeds as they have stated to allotment holders, this is going to be an expensive road ,a grant from lottery funds for instance may be a possibility if returned to an association or society, or I feel rents are going to keep rising ,and at a time when people are feeling the pinch will have no other choice to give there allotments up ,and some I know have already made the decision they will not be renewing next year .If going a head as a LTD company should they not tell allotment holders and residents how they intend to go forward before any voting takes place ,please leave your thoughts ,would really appreciate thoughts and ideas from residents of our village as well as plot holders thank you
