Mod your mouse with lizard skins or any other sports Griptape

Wanna do this mod yourself ?

1. Trace the shape of the sides and top with masking tape and a pencil, using the masking tape as a form of tracing paper, be sure to push it all down into the curves
2. Cut out the shape you just traced with either scissors or a craft knife
3. Apply the shape you just cut to the top of the grip tape roll
4. Cut your desired shape using the masking tape as a guide (sharp scissors/blade will help as it is rubber!)
5. Clean the mouse with isopropyl alcohol using a tissue or cloth to remove any residue for a better bond
6. Once the tape is cut remove the backing and carefully apply to the mouse (the tape is VERY sticky you only get one try at this)

Tips for a cleaner finish:
-Cut the corners ever so slightly to round them off
-Avoid going into a "point" on the sides as these will peel over time, square them off instead
- for identical left and right mouse buttons cut the stencil for one button and for the other side just flip it over
- make sure the stencil you cut is central on the tape otherwise the pattern direction won't match either side
- use 0.5mm tape! Thinner the better
