Hey yall heyy 👋🏽

So real quick, I had a few people reach out to me regarding the Child Tax Credit this week and I wanted to bring some clarify for those who may not understand the difference between Refundable and Nonrefundable Tax Credits‼️

👉🏽 Refundable tax credits are like getting a bonus check – even if you don't owe taxes, you still get the money back.

👉🏽 Non-refundable credits, on the other hand, are more like store coupons – they can reduce what you owe, but if they exceed your tax liability, you won't get the extra back.

💡So, think of refundable as the friendly "here's some extra cash!" and non-refundable as the "thanks for shopping with us, here's a discount!"

📆 For 2023, it's considered an additional transition year, and you won't be required to worry about reporting unless you're rolling in the dough with over $20,000 and more than 200 transactions. Easy peasy! 😎💰

To be honest, when that girl at my job said “You ain’t gone be able to work on no business at this job. You gone have to quit” that s**t pi**ed me off because she ACTUALLY believes that.

It’s been months since she said that to me. I have to thank her though because part of my drive seeks to prove her wrong. I can hear her voice in my head every other day.

So here I am…trying to be an example of what you CAN do if you really believe in yourself. I HIGH KEY hope I inspire her.
