How does writing what you are grateful for change your life?✨
It channels your energy to warm fuzzy feelings. It makes you realize just how much you are blessed. It fills you with joy and doing this everyday at a set time, seeps into the rest of your day.
Developing a routine of writing down what you are grateful for will change your mindset.
If you continue this routine daily, soon little moments will occur throughout your day when you will think “I am so grateful for this moment”.
This is a gift of bringing joy into your life that we all have but seldom practice.
The more you are grateful. The more you will receive ✨
A Daily Practice to begin:
whatever time is good for you: early morning, at night before bed, or somewhere in between: begin a journal and write ten things you are grateful for.
While you are writing each one, pause just a moment & consider why. Why are you grateful for that person, thing or thought?
💫 For example, I am grateful for my health, because without it I would not be able to live my life in the way I do.
You can go deeper: I am grateful for my feet that allow me to walk wherever I want each day.
I am grateful for my hands that allow me to complete tasks.
💫Consider people in your life, your personal attributes, things that have been given to you throughout your life, experiences….our blessings are endless.
✨If you desire more happiness in your daily life, wishing for good opportunities to come, shifting your mindset to think about all you are given and having a genuine appreciation for your blessings only allow for more to come in.
✨Do you practice gratitude?
Have you noticed your life becoming more positive since beginning this practice?
