I went hiking last weekend! 😀 It was cold, foggy and windy on Mount Klek. Regardless of this, it's always important to stretch!!! Stretching after completing a difficult hike is important because it helps with sore muscles and prevents injures. Here are a few stretches I like to do when I climb, hope you like them! 😘 Dianne
