Skillet brownie over 🔥! This recipe from @theslowroad_ cookbook is so simple and delicious, you can cook it camping or in your backyard. Abridged recipe below. Full recipe in the book. Combine 1 cup of plain flou and 3/4 cup of cocoa. Mix Add 3/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 ⅓ cup of caster sugar, 175g of unsalted butter, melted, ⅓ teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 3 eggs. Mix Fold in 150g of dark chocolate nibs. Add baking paper to a skillet, fold in the mixture and cook over coals for 30 mins, with coals on the lid. Serve with cream and fresh fruit.
