Unfortunately we have to postpone tonight's stream. My lovely fiancee and unofficial moderator Wendy is poorly (non-COVID related thankfully) so we'll be unable to stream until she's better.

Hey everyone!

I'm so sorry that this week has been quiet, basically my pre surgery prep has consumed my non working life at the minute. Unfortunately I am currently shielding as much as possible so haven't been able to get hold of ingredients. Therefore there will be no livestream this weekend and I'll have to take a little hiatus post surgery to recover and get back to work. Believe me, there is nothing I've looked forward to more these last few weeks than going live every weekend, but it's time for a little break. Keep your eyes on this page though, as I'll start posting again once I'm fit to return!

Hello once again guys! Thank you so much for the support from our first two livestreams. Its fast approaching the weekend which means that it will soon be livestream time again! This week we will be doing TWO recipes! That's right, double your fun! Now the recipes are a bit difficult to track down online so I will be posting the ingredients list on here later on! It's going to be Seared Beef Carpaccio, and for the first time, a veggie option of a Cheddar and Pea omelette! See you Saturday at 6pm!

**Livestream Update**

Hello once again guys!

The livestream will be going ahead THIS FRIDAY 8th Jan! The stream will start at 6pm but I will be opening it to test settings and let people in about ten minutes before.

Hopefully see you all there, I am nervous as all biscuits, especially as I'm flying solo for this one (thanks COVID), but I'm really looking forward to sharing my adventures with you guys!

Hi again guys.
Just a small update, unfortunately I will have to postpone tonight's livestream.

Long story short: my fiancee is a little under the weather (NON-COVID related thankfully) and I'm working until 4pm, so it isn't quite fair to her if I start banging around the kitchen talking to a computer when she's trying to rest up.

HOWEVER! All is not lost! I am simply moving the Livestream to next weekend between Fri-Sun. Stay tuned for more info! Thanks for your understanding!

Hey everyone! As you all know, we've been on a little bit of a break over Christmas and New Year.

Due to the podcast taking a little bit of time to come together, I've decided that you people deserve more than just HEARING about our food. Therefore, TOMORROW (Sunday 3rd Jan 2021) at 5PM, I will be going LIVE for the first time with a recipe! Join me here on the Phat Boiz FB page and watch as I attempt not to burn the food and/or the house down! I'll be answering questions in the chat so do come along and get involved!

If this gets enough traction, I will be looking at further Live videos, including recipes from books NOT currently used in our podcast, and maybe, someday, recipes of my own design!
