We're celebrating Halloween late here, because I'm a procrastinator at heart so we've been going through the Silent Hill series! Not exactly what I had planned for today but in my opinion, the show must go on! So instead of Silent Hill 3, due to a technical issue, we'll be moving on to Silent Hill 4! I'll try to revisit SH3 for the PS2 in the future, and will give full details on today's stream, but essentially the game isn't loading past a point.

Tuesday 10/27 at 6PM Eastern we're going live with Silent Hill 2! This will be from the PS3 HD Collection HOWEVER we have been graciously provided with an OSSC and will be streaming the original PS2 version at a later date (not much later, likely this weekend or early next week barring any issues). We will likely be finishing this in a single session, so expect Silent Hill 3, also from the PS3 HD Collection, to be on Wednesday 10/28 at 6PM Eastern as well. That will also likely be done in a single session.

We will be holding off on SH4, Origins, and Shattered Memories until I have a few OSSC hiccups ironed out but we will be revisiting 2 and 3 when that is solved! A huge thanks to a good friend for providing it! Even with the wrong cables and limited support on my end, the picture quality is very impressive so it's only going to get better after I get the proper cables (which have already been ordered).

I'm super late to it because of FFXIV and Mass Effect 3 but we're going to be doing our late spooky month on the stream. Starting tomorrow, I will be working on clearing the entire Silent Hill series on stream, starting with Silent Hill 1. I plan to go live at about 6PM Eastern, barring any hiccups on my end and stream for about 4 hours.

We will be doing everything on PS1-PS3 and anything that released in the US for those consoles. That pretty much just excludes the play novels, Book of Memories, and JP only mobile games. I'll be doing 2 and 3 with the HD remaster version. I do own the originals on PS2 however my upscaler is garbage and y'all deserve to be able to see it, at least. When I get a better upscaler, we'll do PS2 specific runs of those as a bonus, however that will be some time unless someone has a good one to donate lol. Debating on the PC version for 4 (I own it) but it's jank af and the PS2 version probably does it more justice.

Currently we're working on a mostly Paragon-run of Mass Effect 3, and I plan to upload a poll soon (probably to Twitter, so be on the lookout) to help determine the next game to play before I do a mostly Renegade run of the whole Mass Effect trilogy again. So I think Mobcrush was murdering my stream quality. I guess from now on I'll livestream over on Twitch and then upload parts to YouTube. Honestly FB is a pain in the ass to upload for, so I may just recommend you check out the YouTube uploads (or Twitch for recent archives) if you wanna catch up on a series when I'm not live. Otherwise, I'll be exclusively streaming on Twitch and uploading the videos to YouTube a bit afterwards (same day, typically) so follow me there if you wanna catch anything live.

As a side note, sorry for all the stream tests on Twitch a few minutes ago. I can't verify if the video quality is garbage without putting the stream up. The inspector tool tells me about my bandwidth (but that's always looked fine).
