I think I’m avoiding resolutions this year and instead I’m going to follow a motto…
✨Just go for it! ✨
I can’t even count the number of times that I’ve stopped myself from doing something I’ve really wanted to do because I was too scared of what other people may think or say.
Towards the end of 2022, I started adopting the mentality of “just go for it!” And some of the most amazing opportunities and adventures came my way!
That’s not to say that I wasn’t worried about what some people would think BUT I finally just accepted reality…
People will judge you and have something to say no matter what!
So idk about you, but I’d rather someone judge me while I’m living my best life! 💁🏻‍♀️
So start that business, go on that adventure or post that video! You never know what will happen by giving it a try. But it’s certain that NOTHING will happen if you let others stop you from trying! 💕

So I wanted to share about an awesome experience I had Wednesday! 🥰

A little over a month ago an assistant producer to the Drew Barrymore show got in contact with me and asked me if I would like to be part of a segment for the show! 🤯 I was sooo surprised and excited!

We were talking back and forth with other producers about fun ideas for the segment and because of timing, the segment ended up being something simple and more of a surprise! So I was invited to attend the show Wednesday 😁

It was so fascinating seeing everything that goes into a production. And the whole staff was so welcoming and fun and energetic!

It was extra special because I was able to go with Tyler ❤️ we got to spend the whole day just us two and have a unique and fun experience! Check out my Reel for a full recap! 😊

And to top off an awesome day, the show was so kind and gave me a super generous gift that I was totally not expecting! So major thanks to the super sweet producers at the Drew Barrymore show for an amazing experience! I don’t know how I got so lucky to have been chosen! ❤️

Protecting myself, my family & my loved ones was the driving force behind getting fully vaccinated. Also, having worked as a pharmaceutical chemist, it gave me the confidence to believe in the process and trust the science. After doing my own research, I was confident that the vaccine was the right choice for me and my family.

I'm honored to be working alongside New Jersey Hospital Association to help educate and bring awareness to the importance of the COVID-19 vaccine and booster shot! The science used to develop the COVID-19 vaccine has existed for more than 20 years, and more than 100,000 people of all ages participated in the clinical trials to test their safety and effectiveness before they were released to the general public. In fact, the science behind the mRNA started in 1961 with the first clinical trial in 2001.

Boosters are a normal practice for vaccines and raise our protection. A recent study by the CDC found that the booster shot helped reduce the likelihood of hospitalization by 82% during the Omicron wave (Study referenced below).

Vaccines + Boosters = The highest level of protection against COVID-19.
