Getting a review like this on a book you wrote: Wow- I am so thankful I allowed God to use me to help others through my story!

I liked that the book was direct and to the point without giving you a ton of unnecessary information. I really love that scriptures are included all throughout the book. It’s very helpful and encouraging to hear that you aren’t alone in your struggles and to see how a fellow Christian has overcome trauma, pain and disappointments but the Word of God holds power like no other - it’s the real living Word of God -which has power to heal and change us all - so to mix scripture all throughout this life story was very smart and a very powerful thing to do for the readers. This is what makes this book phenomenal. You will be reading through the book and every so often - bam - there’s a scripture that pertains to what you have been reading - which allows you to break from “her” story - read the scripture and allow the Holy Spirit to speak to you & then you can apply the scripture to “your” heart. it’s not just about reading a book about someone else, finishing it and closing it and saying “oh that’s nice, I’m glad she overcame so much pain”. It’s written in a way that when finished reading it you will have had some sort of healing of your own. ✝️ All things work together for the good of those that love the Lord. 💗 Jennifer S.
