Reciepe for Asami's cafe

(What to prepare)
makeral, egg(shake with 1tbsp of water), flour, bread crumbs( Panko recommened), sake, salt

MAKERAL DEEP FRIED
1. Sprinkle with little Sake and salt on flesh makeral
2. Sprinkle with flour
3. Dip in egg+water
4. Sprinkle with bread crumbs
5. Deep fried with oil

Let's eat with tomato sauce, BBQ sauce or sweat chill sauce)

"HINAMATSURI" is Girls festival day on 3rd March.
My mum displayed Japanese doll castle in the house and make some special meal for dinner.
So I made dinner for all girls in the world♡

Pork Snitzel and Makeral deep fried
Scallop, prawn and nanagi fish balls in soup and steamed egg cup
Salmon, egg, mushroom and rice cup and salad.
