Anil started his career as ICT Projects Manager between Italy and India before moving to EU-funded R&D and Tech. Transf. (TT) initiatives representing public and private entities and focusing on the interaction between Res. and Ind.
He has worked in sectors spamming from textile/clothing to footwear, from logistics to households, and from FMCGs to Agrofood. After his assignment as the “SMEs Innovation and TT policies” officer at the Institute for Industrial Promotion (aka Italian Min. of Econ. Dev.) he designed and led the “Research, TT and special projects” department for the largest innovation agency in Italy, thus helping SMEs accessing European and public funds (25+ M€) through collaborative innovation projects.

During his tenure at the Italian Space Agency, Mr. Dave launched and directed the “Innovation and TT” Unit working on New Space Economy themes: start-ups, risk finance, IPR, tech transf., and later appointed Open Innovation advisor to the president. During his role as senior partner for the innovation hub INFINITE AREA he launched the first Italian advisory firm on Space Economy targeting non-Space companies.

At present Anil is a member of the advisory board for the GLOBAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP NETWORK SPACE and senior advisor to policymakers, start-ups, and research centres on Space Economy themes and fundraising.

Amanda is an emeritus professor at the University of South Wales and an honorary professor at Cardiff University. She has clinical and research experience and founded and ran a transdisciplinary clinical and research team for 20 years relating to neurodiversity. She is a qualified GP and has a Ph.D. relating to emerging adulthood and neurodiversity. She has initiated and run a Masters in SEN programme.

Amanda is also the founder and CEO of Do-IT Solutions, a tech for good company that provides neurodiversity screening and web-based support tools for schools and for adults in education and employment.

Amanda has been on government advisory boards (e.g., Hidden Impairment National Group) as well as advising UK and international charities in the field of neurodiversity. This includes being a patron of the Dyspraxia Association in New Zealand, and Chair of Movement Matters UK. She is also the current chair of the ADHD Foundation and works closely with many other charities working in this area

She has written 9 books and more than 100 research papers in the field and her latest book published in 2021:'Neurodiversity at Work, Drive Innovation, Performance and Productivity with a Neurodiverse Workforce' has won the Business Book Awards 2022 for EDI. Amanda has been voted one of the top UK HR Thinkers in 2022 and also one the lifetime achievement awards at the National Diversity Awards as well as being voted in the power 50.

Amanda has lived experience of neurodiversity first hand, as she sees herself as neurodivergent as well as being a parent of neurodivergent children, and grandchildren.

On top of the above, She has a new book on Neurodiversity in Education coming out in 2023 with authors Paul Ellis and Abby Osbourne!

She wrote her book Confessions from the Cubicle to share stories about the unique problems young women face in the corporate world. She is one of the co-founders of Better and Stronger Allies Together, an initiative started by Benchmark Corp and uOttawa to bring male allies together to help drive concrete change to close the gender gap.

Fascinated by about all things digital, Alix earned A+ in the digital marketing management program at the University of Toronto. She is also a graduate of Ryerson’s journalism program for university graduates (JRAD), holds a degree in psychology from the University of Windsor, and earned a self-employment development certificate from Centennial College’s Centre for Entrepreneurship.
She has a deep understanding of the communications strategic planning process as an Accredited Business Communicator (ABC), the global standard in organizational communication that measures the strategic abilities and technical skills of a communicator. Her business writing has appeared in Marketing Magazine, Financial Post, the National Post, the Toronto Star, CBC Radio and the Globe and Mail – Executive Skills: Conducting Yourself as a Communications Leader. She has also ghost written over 10 stories for thought leaders for the Globe and Mail’s Leadership Lab and Forbes
