Baked Salmon with Garlic and Dijon
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets, skin removed
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, and minced garlic.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and black pepper.
Brush the mustard mixture over the top of each fillet, spreading it evenly to coat.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot with lemon wedges.
