Here's more information about the course and I'll clarify this as early as now, this is not designed to develop pro-players. It is meant for those who will work on the backend operations of esports. Let me share with you the jobs we think will be available for the graduates of this course.

When we were approached by LPU to guide them in building their esports curriculum design, I was personally surprised of how committed they are in making this happen. Tier One's role is to share them our expertise and experience that can help guide them finalize the details of this course. LPUs objective in partnering with us is to make sure that the curriculum is aligned to the reality of esports and we will do our best to play our part.

The esports industry is expected to become a 1.5 billion industry by 2023 and if this pushes through this year, the first graduates of this course will enter as professionals in the esports market by 2024. Timing is important in anything, some say this might be too late, some say this might be too early but I say we'll never know. Nobody truly knows what the future holds, all we can do is to prepare for what we think is about to come.

As much as I want this to happen I just want to point out that if you are reading negative comments and concerns about this, let's not just go all out troll on them. I have read negative comments that are definitely valid. Also, I firmly believe that whenever we are talking about the future of a group of people, we always have to exercise caution and all those comments positive or negative are the feedback we need in passing this course.

Lastly, this is just my personal sentiment. May dalawang type ng tao na gustong pumasok sa industriya na to, yung una ay yung gustong magbigay at yung pangalawa ay yung gustong makatangap. Eto ang mensahe ko sa papasok dito sa kurso na to at sa iba pa na gustong pumasok sa esports.

Nagsimula ako sa industriya na to nung wala pa ang lahat. Wala pang pera, wala pang trabaho, wala pang kahit ano. Nandito kame at pumasok kame para magbigay ng kaya namin para magkaroon ng oportunidad yung mga gamer na tulad namin balang araw. Malipas ang ilang taon dumami ng dumami ang taong tulad namin na nagbibigay sa industriya at dahil dun lumaki ng lumaki yung mundo na ginagalawan namin.

Naiintindihan ko na sa punto ng industriya na to ngayon ay hindi natin maiiwasan na may mga tao na papasok dahil nais nilang tumangap at wala akong problema dun. Ang hinihiling ko lang hingin sainyo ay kung darating yung panahon na kayo na yung nandito, sana wag nating kalimutan yung importansya ng ambag natin sa industriya na to. Walang problemang tumanggap, pero sana wag natin kalimutang magbigay kasi yung araw na puro kabig nalang ang gagawin ng mga nandito, dun totoong magiging bula lang lahat ng binuo ng mga taong nagmamahal at nagsimula nito. Kaya kung kukunin nyo tong course na to sana alam nyo na oo pwede kayong may matanggap pero sana nandito rin kayo para may maiambag.
