Accelerating the Pace of Social Change.
The pace at which globalization advances social agendas, need not to be accepted as satisfactory. We need to consider the ways in which we can reinforce the benign social effects of globalization. So child labor declines as economic growth occurs. But what can we do to accelerate it removal. This is where the question of appropriate choice of policy instruments, and international agencies to oversee, becomes pertinent.
