Content I would post as a party organizer ⬆️🙌 (comment what your business does and I'll do your content plan next!)

P.S. For ALL of this content, I would create original content and post mainly video content. But make sure to post some photo content for variety too!

You don't have to show your face in this content and you don't need the most aesthetic backdrops or tools to film these videos 🫶

And for 70% of posts, make sure you have a freebie or entry-level offer that you can funnel them into to make sure these posts can bring you some leads.

2024 Goal to build a YouTube presence? I back this 100%!

As a social media manager who's been marketing on social media since my teens, I seriously think YouTube will get even bigger as the years go on. 👀

Long form content? Check.
Graphic posts? Check.
Text posts? Check.
Live videos? Check.
Short form content? Check.

YouTube is doing an excellent job of recommending NEW creators to their audience at the moment and there's room for all of us at the table (just make sure your content is unique and interesting!) 🙌

P.S. For my ''X'' people, try get someone with more followers than you to reshare your content or shout you out 🙌

Is there a platform that I missed?

P.P.S. If you're stuck on time and resources, choose 1-2 platforms that would be most beneficial for your business, and create content optimized for those platforms...

Then use a repurposing tool to have your posts uploaded to the rest of the platforms on the side BUT JUST FOCUS on those 1-2 platforms. ⭐️

Since I can remember, I have always been fascinated by business (I sold t-shirts among other things in my teens!).

I left school with an entrepreneurial spirit, a design talent, and a love for marketing. As usual, most people from high school went to get a degree but I was not about to spend another 4 years studying, and studying honestly just wasn't an option available to me.

So, I took a different route...

I tried various business ideas (mainly crafts!), some jobs (waitressing, online teaching, promotional work), and took various courses (I even explored coding but quickly found that was not in my alley 😆)

But among those things, my favorite thing to do was Instagram marketing for my sister's business. I realized that more businesses needed this support so I went to Fiverr, got my first client (it was an Instagram Marketing Agency) and it's just been uphill from there 🫶

I officially started Kapp Co Digital just over two years ago and now we're a team of four women who are just incredibly passionate about marketing and helping businesses get the results they deserve!

My path was a little different but it led me to exactly where I dreamed of being ✨

So, even if you aren't directly seeing a connection between social media and sales, your social media presence is ALWAYS contributing to your bottom line.

To set it up, go to 'business suite' > select ''get leads'' > select your goal and create a form for your viewers to complete > when you upload your video, click ''add link''.

You can also track and download your leads to make CRM management easier.

The TOP 5 metrics to keep an eye on this year... 👀

➡️ Audience reach: This helps identify how successful your posts are at reaching people and improving your brand awareness. Track how many of your followers are being reached and how many of your posts are reaching NEW people.

➡️ Engagement rate: This may sound like a basic metric but you NEED an engaged audience. Someone with 2000 followers but an engaged audience can be just as, if not more successful than someone with thousands of followers.

➡️ Website traffic: This one speaks for itself 😄

➡️ Website conversions: Track how many of the people reaching your website from social media are becoming leads or customers.

➡️ Audience growth rate: Month by month, how much are you growing across social media platforms?

Putting together all these different pieces will help you measure the success of your social media strategy.

If any metric is looking not great, strategize how you can improve that.

**Also keep in mind that not ALL metrics have to be perfect for your strategy to be successful. It just depends on your goals: maybe you're not growing a lot but are getting a ton of website conversions - that's a success ✨

Have you ever noticed how some brands seem to blend in during the Black Friday season?

They post the same generic sale messages, offer the same discounts, and run the same uninspiring ads. As a result, their products get lost in the mix.

But there are a few brands that stand out from the crowd. They do this by implementing the following strategies:

🌟 They build up hype in advance.
🌟 They stand out by offering something their audience is looking for (they've done their research!)
🌟 They get creative with their messaging. They use humor, storytelling, and other creative elements to make their Black Friday ads memorable and engaging.

Don't blend in ✌️ a good example is Walmart with their mean girls twist: ''On Wednesdays, we shop Walmart’s Black Friday deals''. Have you seen this campaign?

You need to start warming up your audience in advance. We're not big corporations that can get away with a last-minute sale...

So, if you haven't prepped for Black Friday yet, start prepping your content today, and make sure to start warming your audience up from the Monday of Black Friday Week.

Instead of focusing on 'dumb-luck' hacks, you need to focus on strategy, foundations & best practices. It ALWAYS comes back to your content: what you're posting about. No hack can trick millions of people into making your reel go viral 😅 (I wish it could!). But remember, best practices and hacks are two completely different things.
