Big Story: Senzo Meyiwa Trial, Wednesday Update

Zandile Mshololo has just dropped a bombshell when she revealed to the court that she is in possession of the second docket (Number 375) that indicate that Kelly Khumalo, Longwe Thwala, Zandile Khumalo, Me Khumalo, Maggie Phiri, Senzo's friend and all those who were in the house should be arrested and charged with murder and defeating the ends of justice.

"Longwe Twala, Kelly Khumalo, Gladness Khumalo, Zandile Khumalo, Tumelo Madlala, Mthokozisi Twala and Maggie Phiri are named in a document from DPP of South Gauteng high court that says they should be charged with murder..." said Adv Mshololo

Adv Teffo two weeks back told the court that Kelly Khumalo shot Senzo using a revolver.

Docket 375 was approved by the director of public prosecution South Gauteng but it is not known why the trial is being held in Pretoria. The prosecution decided to go with docket 636 and to put the wrong guys prosecuted.

Mshololo has asked for postponement saying the docket was only given to her this morning and needs to study it. Mshololo wants to study the statement of Mosia on 375.

The arrest of two Gupta brothers is the most important thing to happen in recent years in terms of state capture. Pieter du Toit says that the NPA must do everything it can to get them on a cargo plane to Johannesburg so they can stand trial in the High Court. Since democracy came to South Africa in 1994, the corrupt and corrosive Gupta family has likely been the most destructive force in the country's government.

Calculated and cynical, they went after the weak-minded and easy-to-control criminal Jacob Zuma and used him as a way to corrupt a system and a party. They set up networks to steal money, which led to the collapse of government, the destruction of the Constitution, and the theft of billions of rand. The Guptas' pure greed, arrogance, and sneakiness destroyed institutions, hurt our economy badly, and did a lot of damage to the social fabric of a country that is still dealing with its troubled past.

South Africans should be reminded over and over that most of the top leaders of the ANC, the party in power, agreed to this. Not many ANC leaders stood up to the Guptas and Zuma (in that order, given the lines of authority). Few people can say they stood with Pravin Gordhan, Derek Hanekom, and Mcebisi Jonas when they spoke out against the Guptas at meetings of the ANC's executive. They gave up their jobs as payment.
Someone like Themba Maseko, who worked as a respected civil servant for many years and was a true professional, was kicked out of his party because he stood up for what he believed in. Zuma didn't think it was a big deal when he threw him under the Gupta bu

Hamilton Ndlovu And 19 Of His Companies Were Ordered To Pay R158 Million To The State For Unlawfully Scoring PPE Tenders Worth R172 Million From The National Laboratory Health Services.

Thabiso Hamilton Ndlovu set tongues wagging in 2020 when he flaunted his fleet of luxury vehicles on Twitter. Soon after that, the Hawks and SIU investigated him. The investigation is over and the Special Tribunal declared Thabiso's personal protective equipment tenders worth R172 742 175 awarded by the NHLS and associated companies invalid and unlawful.

As a result of this, Thabiso and his companies have been ordered to pay back R158 850 921 to the state, which includes interest "at the prescribed rate calculated from the date the NHLS made payment for the orders".

The investigating unit said it found that only R15 million was used to purchase and provide PPE to the NHLS.

The tribunal further ordered that all assets owned by the responding parties be auctioned off or sold to recoup the money owed to the NHLS. This included any properties and vehicles Thabiso still owned. Furthermore, the tribunal also ordered that Thabiso and his companies be blacklisted and barred from doing business with the state.

The SIU said Ndlovu was "the controlling mind of all the front companies and the direct and indirect beneficiary of the funds flowing to them from the payments made by the NHLS".

"The links and interrelationships between the front companies and the fact that they were all controlled by Mr Ndlovu were not disclosed to the NHLS. The companies operated jointly as part of an unlawful scheme directed by Mr Ndlovu and under the pretence that they were independent entities.

"Instead of operating at arm's length and in competition with each other to supply PPE to the NHLS at the best available prices, the companies were a front whereby Mr Ndlovu could obtain multiple contracts from the NHLS at excessive prices without revealing his involvement in each of them," the SIU said on Tues.

Zulu found himself on top trends after the news that he had paid lobola went viral. According to The Daily Sun, Zulu was spotted at a house in Diepkloof, Soweto, together with his uncles. The musician was wearing formal suits with his uncles, and many suspected it was a lobola function as at that house lived a beautiful young lady. Several delegate vehicles were parked outside, and they were guards who made sure that the event function went well without interruptions.

Big Zulu pays lobola, wedding is on the cards

After Daily sun confirmed that Big Zulu had paid lobola in a secret lobola ceremony, a particular lady named Naphtally Matheba tagged herself on the musician Instagram wearing a lobola outfit. She looked gorgeous, and Mzansi suggested that she was Zulu’s bride. If it’s her, Zulu has a great choice in women; he loves them light and curvy.

Mzansi is happy for him, and they wish him well in his new life journey. However, they are not delighted that Zulu is doing all this in private, and they hope he will not w**d in a private ceremony. They want to give him their full support and prayers; here is a significant comment from Twitter about Zulu tying the knot secretly:
Hai man, we are happy for you, but why did you hide it from us, your fans. We have been there for you in thick and thin; we deserve to know our new Mahkoti. King, I’m not happy we have to know about your marriage on social media without you informing us. I hope you will invite us to the wedding; mina can’t wait. Congrats King🔥🔥
