Our regular shipping (COD) is Php 99 for 1 to 3 pcs. However if you wish to expedite your order within metro manila, an additional 150 or 200 will be added to your final bill. Please let us know if you'd like to expedite your order by sending us an email at [email protected].
2. Who is your delivery service? We have J&T Express as our courier depending on your location, our courier might
call you within the day of delivery so please make sure to have your registered mobile phone nearby in case they call. Our delivery service cannot promise a time period since they follow a route sheet within your area. Please bear with us.
3. How many times will they deliver my product? Our delivery partner will attempt 1-2x before considering your order as cancelled. Once failed, your address and name may be included in the blacklist of COD and you will be posted and banned in all our sites and pages.
4. How do I track my order? Please email us at [email protected] for your order updates, provinces and remote areas especially in Mindanao can take more than 10 days. You could also track your order using the tracking number sent to you via sms.
5. I was delivered the wrong item. Please email us asap at [email protected] for immediate action, rest assured we will do our best to correct this mistake.

Refund policy
We accept returns on any product purchased in the last 7 days. Please take note that we can only REFUND or REPLACE unused items which are defective or damaged during shipment. Our return process is incredibly simple and designed for ease of use. Please follow these simple steps below:

Order number (you can find this on your email address with your confirmation email or thru confirmation text message that was sent to your mobile number). If you happen to order via page, just present your Complete name and we will search it manually. Items needed for refund/replacement. Reasons for refund/replacement. Refund method, please send your Bank account or where do you want your refund to be deposited.
