Casella Waste Systems confirmed today it has acquired Whitetail Disposal, Inc. as well as LMR Disposal. The deals are expected to generate about $100M in annualized revenue.

The large independent hauler is expected to be purchased by Casella Waste Systems, according to multiple sources. Casella also recently acquired a hauler in New Jersey as part of its mid-Atlantic expansion.
