Although I don’t personally live with cystic fibrosis, it is something that I am passionate and hope to bring some awareness to.

If you know me, you’ll know that Claire wineland was and still is one of the biggest inspirations to me. I’ve always been so mesmerised by the way she looked at life and used the situation that she was in to not only empower herself but so many others too.

Claire sadly passed away in September of 2018 but her legacy still continues to help and inspire people through who I would just like to take a moment to thank for incredible things that you do.

“The moment you realise it’s not about avoiding suffering, it’s about making something from your suffering, you’re incredibly free.

Everything I’m proud of comes from some of the darkest things in my life” - Claire wineland.

Thank you, Claire, for forever inspiring me and giving me the motivation to keep going - even when giving up seems like the only option. I’ll love + miss you forever and a day 👼 ❤️‍🩹

A place where self love is the best love, kindness is a first language and no matter what, everyone is welcome.

My hope when making this page was to create a real safe space where everyone, no matter race, sexuality, height, weight, ethnicity etc, feels comfortable. That is one of the main goals! We all deserve to feel loved.

Another was to channel more kindness into the world 🌎

It’s so easy to get trapped in our own little space, with our own people, that we forget how much a small gesture such as complimenting someone’s outfit can impact a person.

An act of kindness, no matter the size, really could be the thing standing between someone having a good or bad day. It might even save a life.

Being kind is such easy thing to do.
