Last nights 3hour VRS endurance was fun.
Starter P45 after a dreadful qualifying.
Abzy drove a great first stint.
I pushed to get us within touching distance of top 10.
Not really knowing where we really sat as strategy’s were different everywhere.
Then Abzy finished off a strong race performance bringing it home in P14.

Looking forward to a fun 2024 season 1 in racing.

Probably one of the closest my enjoyable GT3 races I’ve had to date.

Disappointed to be waking up and seeing 2 driver’s disqualified from the Cota Grand Prix.

- I believe it’s the centre floor plate wear they take the measurement from, so Surely the teams would have seen the wear on this from the sprint race and been able to calculate the wear for the full race.

- were the teams aware this might be a problem during the race. But as the cars are under parc ferme rules after P1 they couldn’t do nothing about it.

- do the teams change this plate after every practice qualifying sprint?

- why was it only one of each teams cars and not both, I know the drivers like different setups but surely the ride height is pretty much the same on both cars.

I feel for Lerclerc especially starting on pole, getting screwed by the team on the pit strategy and driving a ridiculously long stint on a set of tyres that were never going to make end.

Good to see the cars a little closer again this weekend, but I do think that was all down to redbull not being able to run at optimal ride height. Will see what happens at Mexico this weekend.

Great effort by the SMC TEAM to bring the car home in 2nd. Could have been the teams first win if it wasn’t for receiving a drive through penalty.

-Who’s this 👀-

Guess who was back streaming last night. Gonna be honest it was good to be back, although a little nervous as it’s been a few months.

On a side note - I think now I’m into my new routine of early starts and later finishes, it might be time to start the stream back up again.

Will be live over on twitch - I’m thinking maybe an 7.45/8pm start will see what works. (Link in the description)

Last nights race see is take on GT3s at Sebring, first race we finished a decent 3rd. Unfortunately the second race after a decent qualifying braked to late into the second corner on cold tyres and lost the back end and had to retire with two much damage, but that’s racing.

This has to be my most favourite race ever on iRacing! - What a Race!

I don't do many GT4 races on iRacing but I thought I would jump into a GT4 race after some terrible luck at Monza in the GT3s. This turned out to be the race of my life and one of my best races I've ever had.
