💡 [Ad] What are the best snacks? .zuckersnuut_nutrition will tell you:

1. Dates (i love to buy natural raw snack bites because they already combine nuts, dates and other healty stuff)
RAWBITE, Lebepur, QUIN BITE • The delicious raw bar, Roobar - Hungry for adventure
2. Dark Chocolate (sweetened with Coconut blossom sugar, dates)
Makri Schokolade Raccoon
3. Salty Popcorn or Rice-/Corn Cakes

😃😋🥧 Salted Peanut Cookie Dough Caramel Cup
➡️ It's snack time! Read below ⬇️

You need:
For the cookie dough:
100g cooked white beans
20g maple syrup
80g oats
30g ground almonds
1 tsp Coconutoil

For the caramel:
100g dates (soaked in hot water)
~40ml water from the dates
20ml Plantbased Milk (i use almond)
salt

Other:
peanut butter (100% peanuts)
dark chocolate (sweetened with coconut blossom sugar or dates)

💡 Thats how it´s done:

1. Cookie Dough: Grind the oats into flour and then mix everything for the cookie dough. Fill the dough into small muffin cups, form a cup for the filling and put it in the freezer for at least 30min.
2. Caramel: Pour off the date water and save it. Mix the dates with a pinch of salt, almond milk and 40ml of the date water.
3. Put a little caramel in each cup, top it with some peanut butter and put it back in the freezer for 30min.
4. Melt the dark chocolate, spread it on each cup and wait until it is dry.

➡️ It's lunch time! What is the best lunch? Read below ⬇️

💡You need:

➡ Your favorite Legume pasta

200ml unsweetened plant milk ( i use almond milk)
300g Hokkaido (alternatively a mix of potatoes (200g) and carrots (100g), sweet potatoes and cauliflower would be also fine)
2 cloves of garlic
3-4 tbsp yeast flakes *
1/2 red onion
80g cashew nuts or sunflower seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
opt. 1 tbsp tapioca starch
salt, pepper, nutmeg, turmeric, paprika powder

Toppings: parsley, spring onions, chilli flakes etc.

* Yeast flakes give the sauce a spicy and cheesy taste. They also make the sauce thicker.

➡ That's how it's done:

1. Soak the cashew nuts in hot water for about 20 minutes.

2. Cook the vegetables. Pour off the remaining water, add the drained cashews and the remaining ingredients to the blender and puree for about 2 minutes until creamy.

3. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Pour the sauce over the finished noodles, simmer briefly and serve with chopped parsley. Enjoy!

➡️ It's breakfast time! What is the best breakfast? Read below ⬇️

💡 What you need for the bowl:
100g berries (i use frozen ones)
1 date
100ml unsweetened plant milk
50g soy yogurt (e.g. Soyade)
50g sprouted buckwheat (you can do it easily by yourself)
1 small beetroot cooked
1 handful of spinach
½ banana
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon almond butter
optl. Protein powder

➡️ Topping: selfmade granola, desiccated coconut, h**p seeds, blueberries, kiwi, banana, oats, quinoa pops etc.

💯 Thats how it´s done:

Put everything together in a blender and puree finely.
Decorate with your favorite toppings. So fast and so powerful!

💡 The new cooperation with .zuckersnuut_nutrition from lovely .elisa_vgt made it possible. She is a certified nutritionist and dancer living in Germany. She created recipes for us dancers to overcome cravings for unhealthy food in lockdown times.

🤪 A crazy year 2020 almost passed by.
➡ For us dancers, usually competing on dancesport competitions, it was a hard year. Some of us quit dancesport, some others improved their understanding in dancing and others improved their dancing through learning other skills through the time given in lockdowns.
💡 But what happened to all of us is our dancing lost its fast sharpness, the perfectly trained details and the better coping with nervousness through missing routinely dancing comps.
😃 My biggest learning this year is that noone can control if there will comps take place or not. But what we can control is our improvement in body work and mindset as well as our motivation.

➡️ Guys, did you hear of that? Imagine no struggle and sorrow at comps because of not having a desire to win. Haha, not really possible, right?
💡 I guess right now we have a situation where in some countries there is the second lockdown and the desire for the next comp or even normal daily training is a huge one.

💪🏹📈 "The comfort zone is a beautiful place but nothing ever grows there."
💡 It happened last weekend. It was saturday and my partner and me danced the German Closed Championship. After 7 months of restrictions, secret training and a lot of Zoom classes we were really pumped to dance this first competition.
😱 Out of only 47 couples (normally around 60) we were kicked out in the first round of the field. We didn`t get why this happened because we are normally not first-round-out candidates. We asked our coaches what they saw because the feeling was not bad.
😟 And slowly we began to understand: we were laid back way too long in our comfort zone. We were working on one topic out of so many in this complex thing called dancesport.
💪 But maybe this has to happen because now I have to step out of my lazy comfort zone and besides changing my priorities in dance training also dedicate this week to the topic "how to cope with bad results and continue to motivate myself".

1️⃣ First you need this for yourself and your motivation as well as better results.
2️⃣ But secondly you need to improve through knowledge because people don't want to watch you if you stay equal through all the years dancing.

🤯😖🤐 Is your trainer a toxic person?
➡️ A post from dancer brought me to the point that mostly all dancers are narcissists. The liking of comparing yourself on the floor to others, the perfectionism in training and look as well as the tendency to blame the lack of success and failures on others and many other points. This is really hard, as I never thought I could be one.
🙋‍♀️ I thought over the behaviour of my partner, myself but also my trainers again. And this is really mind blowing how many narcissistic points we have in dancesport but take them as everyday life. I am not a psychologist but find it extremely helpful to know what toxic behaviour is and that only the toxic person itself can change it.

🙋‍♀️ I did meet those people. And it's a waste of time to get upset about those people. They are everywhere. Especially in dancing...

💭💡 Sometimes we think we have to train like a bull. And we go to training with the intention of doing a lot for our bodies. We do fitness, finals and extra pumping our muscles.
💁‍♀️ We go home with a good feeling in our muscles. The feeling of having something done.
🙄 But does this what we do makes us proud? Have you filmed yourself? And what do you think while watching?
📝💡 That's why, this week: make yourself proud. Take a step back, look on your daily routine and develop it.
