Good day everyone. Ndizozicelela nje your support on my short film Burnt-Out esandophuma. We really need support to grow and get a larger audience.

In this industry I want to bring back those raw stories. I want to bring ezizinto kanye kanye that people are facing. That is exactly what I did kule film. Yes it's painful but yet reality.

Ndiyanazi you will support me like crazy. All these people I found them from Gugulethu they know nothing about acting and I trained them and gave them a chance.

You can support me so that I can be able to produce more films from this year by simply giving your R5 it will go a long way. If awunayo you can share the work.

Good day everyone. I'm coming to you about my film that is titled Burnt-Out. Last year I had iphupho of making this film in Eastern Cape and due to unforseen circumstances I couldn't. This year I managed to shoot in but in Cape Town Gugulethu.

Andizi nanto intsha, this is just a short-film but it carries a deep meaning of what people arre going through everyday. & one of it's themes is mental health. Abantu abathethi sibona ngabo sebezibulala.

In a world where we live in sothuka umntu xa kuthwa akasekho abe mhlambi ebezibonisile impawu. Most of us have depression but nobody knows and those who know they don't seem to care. Depression doen't have age that's why I made a film that will accommodate all ages futhi izise imfundiso.

I want to bring healing to those people who are bleeding inside and fighting demons silently through my storytelling. Andizanga zocelanto eninzi, I'm here to make you aware of this project and that ndicela niye kwi pages zika Burnt-Out ni follow and share.

I'll live the links in the comment section. Masiphileni ngaphakathi, siphileni nangaphandle. If you're Burnt-Out that's okay we as the Burnt-Out family are here for you.

Introducing “Burnt-Out” - Igniting Hope in Mdantsane 🎬

Hello, everyone! I’m Sima Ntoni, a film student at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and the founder of Sima Ntoni Studios. I’m thrilled to introduce you to my passion project, “Burnt-Out.”

I believe in the transformative power of storytelling through film. It’s a medium that can change lives and bring people together. And now, I’m embarking on a journey to tell a story that’s close to my heart.

“Burnt-Out” is more than just a film; it’s a testament to the spirit of Mdantsane. As someone who was raised in this vibrant township and understands the daily struggles of its residents, I’m dedicated to shedding light on their experiences.

This film is a fictional story set in Mdantsane, exploring the joys and challenges of life here. Through our characters, we aim to provide a message of hope to those who face adversity. “Burnt-Out” isn’t just a movie; it’s an opportunity to inspire change.

I’m reaching out to you, the community, because your support is vital. We may not have full funding yet, but that won’t deter us. With your belief in this project, we can create something truly special.

At its core, “Burnt-Out” is about the indomitable human spirit. It’s about facing challenges head-on and finding the strength to rise above them. This film is a testament to the power of determination and hard work.

Through “Burnt-Out,” we aim to give back to the Mdantsane community that has given us so much. We’re committed to creating a positive impact, and we’ll keep you updated on our progress.

I want to be transparent - we’re starting this journey without full funding. But I believe that with the power of community and the support of people who believe in this project, we can make it happen.

We’re especially hopeful about receiving support from the Eastern Cape government, and we know that with enough determination and hard work, anything is possible.

Thank you for standing with us on this incredible journey. Stay tuned for updates, and together, let’s create a film that inspires, uplifts, and changes lives.
