POLL: Is the following an example of an acceptable and ethical business practice?
I paid $1850 each for two "brand new" printers when I joined Phoenix Photography. Found out later that I'd been swindled. Here are the original receipts with their serial numbers, sale dates, and the price they were originally sold to Phoenix Photography for...
For reference, I signed my contract with PP in April of 2019. I guess it wasn't enough to lie about the printers being new, so the dude had to turn a profit on them too...
Maybe my math is off, or maybe I'm wrong about what the phrase "brand new" means....
What kind of person rips off a business partner and friend and then has the complete lack of moral fortitude to proceed to sue the person he ripped off to stop him from doing business; a business, by the way, that allows him, as a single dad, to provide for his daughter?
If you aren't disgusted yet, there's more to come... if you are disgusted, share this post and leave a comment. Evil triumphs when good men do nothing, and we deserve better from businesses in our community and across the entirety of the US.
