December is all about loving yourself and being present in the moment. Sometimes in order to do this we have to go back in the past,...back to the beginning. But don't get stuck there! Reflection is ok however regret is a robber of the future. Learn to appreciate where you started. Feel the pain of past mistakes and poor decisions; learn from them and then LET IT GO! Focus on the present. ✌🏾🧡
