Join me at Ormskirk Magistrates Court for our latest property tour. Closed in 2016, we have been lucky enough to add this beautiful building to our portfolio. We have got planning permission to turn this stunning building into a Luxury ApartHotel consisting of 23 apartments and an amazing restaurant.

Built in 1836 it is one of the oldest purpose built magistrates courts in the country and I can't wait to show you how this building develops into one of our luxury ApartHotels.

Work hasn't started here yet, so you get to see the building exactly like it was on the day it closed. From the jail cells to the courtrooms and accused box, this building has it all!

We have even got the Preston's Street Monkeys here today, they are going to be recording a stunt film right here at the Magistrates Court. To find out more about them and to see exactly what they get up to in our building, check out their YouTube channel below.

There is nothing quite like a game of Monopoly with the family, we all try and win, but the only guarantee you get is the promise of a family feud!

As a property developer, the game of Monopoly has always held a special place in my heart and now that our hometown (Preston) has got its very own board, it’s only made me fall back in love with it again!

I started with one property and ended up playing the game of ​ for real!

Myself and the team here at Walker&Williams are incredibly proud that our properties were voted to become not one, but two squares on the new Preston special-edition board.

Our 5* Aparthotel in Preston, Winckley Square Hotel, was voted to take the place of Park Lane.

Our other Luxury ApartHotel in Preston, No. 10 Preston was voted to take the spot for Piccadilly.

We are heading over to Nicholas Street, where we have a £16M proposed hotel development overlooking the beautiful Chester Racecourse.

I am really excited about this project, as it is set to become an absolutely stunning property and in due course, our flagship hotel!

We are here to install one of our Snow Machines, just like the one at No.10 Preston. We love bringing a little bit of Christmas magic back to the community and whilst we might not have opened as yet, who doesn't love a bit of Snow!
