Think about how you were when you started and look how you have developed.

Believe it or not, engagement is the key 🔑
There are 2 types of people in the insta world.
The ones who engage with their followers everyday
And the ones who only engage on days on which they are going to post something!

Some people just engage when they post.
Well, you have to engage after you post but it's equally necessary on days when you don't post.

Commenting genuinely on people's posts is necessary.
But commenting and establishing a conversation with a person on days you don't post is considered top notch!
It shows that you truly are a genuine person.

Engage with them through commenting, liking, sharing, saving their posts.
Share their reels or posts to your stories.
Answer to their questions and polls in their stories.
DM them to ask how they are doing or to talk about a new insta update.
EVEN ON DAYS WHEN YOU DONT POST!!!!!!

It's OK to take a break right?

But I wasn't ok with it.
I was feeling guilty or left out.
But my mind wasnt ready to think about anything!

Sorry for being MIA for the last week but I was in a very bad place.
I just didn't want to do anything, like my mind needed a reset.
So I did just that.
I didn't even open this app or pay any attention to the notifications.

Burn out is real and can happen to any one.
Even if you are completely dedicated and driven towards your work.

So trust me, when you find yourself in a bad place, don't keep sulking. Just take a break and come back with a bang!

I am so thankful to everyone who has stuck with me even when I wasn't showing up, thank you so much!

So, you have aced the getting clients/customers step and made some sales. Congratulations on that 🥳🥳

But are you sure they are going to buy your products/services again?

Are you doing your bit to retain them and drive them towards you again?

Remember, you have to think about long term not be satisfied by a small amount of sales you made at the initial stages.

Here's how to do it-
1.Keep them engaged:
Make sure your clients and customers are engaged all the time.
Keep reminding them about yourself by consistent posting on social media platforms.
Keep them intrigued by showcasing your products, reviews from other customers etc

2.Have good customer service:
Are you providing them a good sales funnel?
Do you have a smooth payment option?
Are your customers getting answers to their questions promptly?
Work on all of this as well!

3.After sales!:
Did you think after sales is only when you buy electronics or a new car or a microwave?
No, after sales is for anyone who wants to sell a product or service.
Ask them for feedbacks, keep telling them about new offers, discounts, giveaway!
Wishing your customers on festivals in another way to stay connected with them.

4.Be relatable:
Be someone they can relate with.
Show them that you can solve their problems.
Show them.that your product is the only thing they will ever need!
Advertise and market yourself that way.
