Join Mr. Kimble, Director of Operations at HCV Distribution Corporation, as he bravely addresses the racial injustice faced by our team within the Swanton, Ohio community. 😡💼 From wrongful interrogations to unlawful fingerprinting, discover the shocking details of our ongoing battle against misconduct by the Swanton Police Department and other entities. 🚔❌
On January 17, 2022, a hate crime was disregarded, leaving our complaints unheard. We’ve gathered substantial evidence against our former employer, McNeill Chevrolet, and its agent, Jeff Lambert, for serious privacy violations! 📊🔍 Not to mention the derogatory remarks made by State Farm regarding our appearance during a corporate claim process. 😠💼 Furthermore, I was subjected to years of racial abuse during my tenure at Mcneill Chevrolet. Referred to as the gorilla "Harambe" "The Token Black Guy" and "Toby" I endured years of silent abuse just to continue to support my family and when I could no longer tolerate it, I chose to resign in 2018. The statute of limitations would have expired years ago, however with Mcneill's recent action this year contacting me impersonating the Swanton Police department, that clock is reset. Not to mention the substantial evidence of social media visits to my personal pages by both as well as raises numerous disregarded suspicions within the entire community. Not only were our complaints and concerns disregarded by the Swanton, Ohio mayor we were promised an additional investigation due to our concerns with the Swanton Police department that never happened with law enforcement electing to drop the investigation as soon as we retained previous counsel.
We gave given numerous opportunities to each entity to resolve these matters without involving the courts disregarded. Now we have no other choice but to file legal action concerning these violations of our rights and privacy committed by as well as

For years, I endured relentless racial abuse at McNeill Chevrolet, being called names like "Harambe," "The Token Black Guy," and "Toby." In 2018, after years of silent suffering for my family's sake, I finally chose to resign. Although the statute of limitations has expired, disturbing new actions by McNeill this year have reopened the case. 🕰️

We reached out for help, but our complaints and concerns were disregarded by Swanton's mayor, Neil Toeppe. We were misled about the investigation into our concerns with the police department! ⚠️ It's time to take action—we're left with no choice but to pursue legal avenues for the violations of our rights and privacy! ⚖️
