Meet Andile Navigator Nodada one of our board members

Technical Director, Head of news at Cape Town TV

Andile Navigator Nodada, also known as Duck Taylor, is a distinguished South African independent filmmaker, theatre actor, and director. He is widely recognized for his roles as Assistant Director on the Mzansi Magic show , Camera Operator for live DStv games on SuperSport, and Creative Director at Inqwelo Cinema.

Andile began his career in 2004 as an actor in church. In 2007, he joined a youth group called IQhilimba Arts Movement, where he was also introduced to filming. Andile has built a robust career in the film and television industry, starting his journey in video production in 2010 and expanding his expertise across various facets of the industry. In February 2020, he joined Cape Town TV as a news camera operator, editor, and graphics assistant, quickly becoming a vital team member known for his creativity and versatility. His excellence led to a promotion to News Technical Manager in 2024.

Andile's dedication to his craft is evident in his extensive experience in production, including studio and ENG camera operation, video editing, and directing. He has directed and produced numerous feature films and music videos, showcasing his broad skill set and creative vision.
