Chocolate Halvah Truffles
These truffles only use 3 healthy ingredients that you may already have in your pantry.
2 cups of sunflower seeds
4 tbsp cacao powder
4 tbsp maple syrup (or date syrup)
1/4 cup cacao powder for dusting.
Delicious, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free. Enjoy!
Raw Carrot Cake Bites
Where are all my carrot cake lovers? You will love these snacks which are a healthier take on our favorite carrot cake. No bake, dairy-free and gluten-free, and super simple to make. All you need is a food processor and a mold.
For the bites:
2 large raw carrots
3/4 cups of oats
1/3 cup of almonds
1/2 cup of dates
1 tsp of cinnamon
For the cashew cream
2 cups of cashews soaked overnight
2 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice

Blueberry Nicecream
Now that blueberries are in season, I recommend you visit a local farm and pick a bucket or two of these berries. Then, you can enjoy this treat.
3 frozen bananas
2 cups of blueberries
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups of ice.
Blend and enjoy.
Orange Julius - Completely Vegan!!!
Some of you may remember this treat - my mom says she loved these as a kid. This creamy orange smoothie is perfect for hot summer days. And this version is healthier and completely vegan. Try it and let me know what you think.
1 cup of frozen orange juice from concentrate
1 cup of water
1 cup of almond milk
1 tbsp of vanilla
2 tbsp of maple syrup
1/2 cup of ice
Blend it all together and voila! You've got yourself an Orange Julius.
