💙 Embracing unity & standing with our Jewish community - because love, understanding, & support can bridge any divide. Beyond grateful to have attended -The Tikkun Project, a movement shaping a brighter future for youth, families, and survivors affected by the Oct 7 attacks. Focused on aftermath and the days ahead, I’m thankful to share to this mission.

In this moment, I wish to redirect the spotlight from myself to the remarkable Jewish friends I’ve had the privilege of knowing, as well as those who are new to my life. Witnessing this community’s unparalleled unity has been truly inspiring — a testament to their resilience, steadfast spirit, and boundless kindness.

Congratulations to for bringing this foundation to life & to the host committee for such a successful evening! They raised $111k!!!Thanks to many charitable partners and . It’s about humanity, allies, and celebrating hope, life, and unity. It was such a beautiful, upscale evening of solidarity with amazing humans!

Let’s raise awareness, spread positivity, and be part of the solution. Tikkun, the light in human form, continues to shine.

In addition to the “pathways” you choose when coming to they also offer a variety of activities & classes to further your experience in your free time, should you choose. From yoga to meditation, weight lifting, pickle ball, fencing, tennis, rowing, kayaking, ropes courses, hiking, and so much more - you will never find yourself short of activities.

On this specific day I chose a “Restorative Yoga” class to aid in the physical activities I had embarked upon. All of their instructors are top notch & highly regarded. Many have taught here for years. I also went running outside in the beautiful 120 acres of wilderness, which was quite the much needed escape from Manhattan.

🎾 Be the envy on & off the court with the limited edition pickle ball paddles! 🎾

Top of the list for myself and ‘s to-do list on our girl’s getaway was playing pickle ball - and of course we HAD to do it in style! Canyon Ranch provided such a vast range of pickle ball playing options from private lessons to group sessions at just about any time of the day. This sport has BLOWN up so you better get your paddles and outfits ready!

From pickleball to tennis, golf and beyond - J.Mclaughlin has you covered! The most stylish and polished athleisure on and off the court. I tend to lean towards navy and white as you can wear them interchangeably.

It was a truly WILD once in a lifetime night at the iconic as an epic crowd came out Thursday night for the premiere of “BUPKIS” , staring Pete Davidson and an all star-lineup for this heightened, fictionalised version of American comedian Pete Davidson's life streaming on streaming Thursday, May 4th.

Bupkis, 8 episodes, combines grounded storytelling with absurd elements from the unfiltered and completely original worldview for which Pete is well known produced by SNL’s own

I highly recommend this TV show and and thrilled to get to watch the rest of the show come May 8th!

Do you wear prints or stick to solids? Below are 7 reasons to include prints in your wardrobe:

[ad] Never entering an important meeting without my “Power Pearls”, as I call them. To me the pearl is a lustrous symbol of female empowerment & makes me feel my most self-confident.
