Been proper looking forward to this one for time! Round 1 of this championship with DeeDot90 & DMJ - Vroomroom and some amazing drivers on the grid should make for an exciting start.

The format is 2 x 25 minute races with a Mandatory pit and tyre change in the 2nd race!

Still pushing on that 100 follower goal! Will do a little giveaway when we get there so hit that button and I'll do my best to call it out in stream!

*** ABM British Triple Crown Postponed to start Next Week - No stream tonight :( ***

Evening all due to a few unforeseen bits and bobs popping up over today a decision has been made to postpone the start of this league till next week!

A few positives though, means sign up is still open with 6 slots left on the grid and more practice for me on track (which is desperately needed 🤣)

We will be back on Friday for Open Lobby Action and starting with 20 min Race at Paul Ricard and then on to British GT tracks so make sure you've got the DLC and see you on track!

What a season this was, massive thank you's to all the drivers involved and everyone who has helped organise! Special shoutout to DMJ - Vroomroom on the tables and organisation!

Huge congratulations to Michael_91_27 on being the first ACC Champion in the series of Championships I am going to be hosting, really sad to see this one go but very excited for the next one, starting Wednesday 8th February at Donington!

Introducing...
The ABM British Triple Crown Championship!
All drivers get to choose between the 3 cars listed and can make 2 cars swaps throughout the series to receive a bonus for using all 3 different cars. All tracks are British GT and so you will need the British GT Pack DLC which is currently available on the PS store for £10 - get the expansion and get on track, all details and sign up information below:

Tracks & Dates:
Race 1 | February 8th | Donnington
Race 2 | February 15th | Snetterton
Race 3 | February 22th | Brands Hatch
Race 4 | February 1st | Oulton Park
Race 5 | March 8th | Silverstone

Race Details & Times (All times London GMT):
Practice: 1 Hour - 7PM
Qualification: 15 minutes - 8PM
Race 1: 25 min sprint - Approx. 8.20PM
Race 2: 25 min mandatory pit (tyres) Approx. 8.50PM
Finish & Open Lobby Afterwards: Approx. 9.20PM

General Details:
Cars permitted: Only Aston Martin, Bentley or McLaren GT3
Car Swapping: Only 2 car swaps permitted during championship. No car swapping during race night.
Triple Crown: Each driver will receive bonus pts for using all 3 cars, however not mandatory to use all cars.
Use of all 3 cars and you receive 10pts bonus - must be claimed with race admin
Win with all 3 cars and you receive 25pts bonus - must be claimed with race admin
18 slots on grid (+2 Wildcard slots per race night)
Wildcard slots: Available for drivers who aren't able to participate in whole championship.
Must start from the back of the grid.
Must be claimed with race admin prior to qualifying.
Standard ACC rules: track limits, drive throughs and stop and go's

Participation Requirement:
Open to all clean drivers - sign up details below!
Min SA 60 required
No Min TR, RC, or CC requirement
Minimum 10 Drivers
Max 20 Drivers

Lobby will open for Practice: Saturday January 28th
Practice lobby: Open Practice lobby all week apart from when other events are being hosted.
Race lobby: Closed Password lobby - Wednesday night - Refresh: 7.00PM London GMT

Autosteer assist: Disabled
Max Stability Control: 0.25
Weather Variability 0.2 (Inspired by real life conditions)

P1: 25pts
P2: 22pts
P3: 20pts

P7: 9pts P8: 8pts P9: 7pts P10: 6pts P11: 5pts P12: 4pts P13: 3pts P14: 2pts P15,P16,17,18,19 & 20: 1pt

Sign Up Information:
Please ensure you have fully read above details, below rules and can attend the race dates.
Please do not sign up if you know you are unavailable for races.
By signing up you agree to abide by the below rules to the best of your ability, please ensure that you have fully read and understand these.
The only way to sign up is to message Placidpie Gaming on FB directly with your PSN, SA rating on ACC/PS4 and Car No. #
Sign up for grid position is on a first come first serve basis - please message with all details to verify your place on the grid.
Once verified then you will be added to race chat on FB messenger where you will be able to talk with other drivers participating in the series!

Full Rules:

Qualification:
When exiting pits you must stay within the pit exit lines.
If you are on an invalidated lap or want to abort your lap please make sure you are not on the racing line. You will be blue flagged.
If a slower driver is on a hot lap in front of you, then you must respect that they are also on a valid lap.
There should be no overtaking during qualifying. Please ensure you leave enough room for your lap.
If you are required to return to the pits, ensure you stop off track and return to garage or drive back manually (off the racing line)

Formation lap:
You must stay within your green box during the formation lap otherwise risk drive through penalty.
Please do not accelerate/brake heavily causing ghosting with other cars.

Racing:
Overtaking:
Overtaking outside of the white track limit lines is not permitted.
The overtaking car must be at least 50% alongside the defending car in order to complete clean overtake.
All drivers should not aim to make any contact when overtaking. It is the overtaking car's responsibility to get past safely.
Defending:
When defending under braking you must stick to your line and not move under braking
Only 1 defensive move per corner is allowed. Weaving/Blocking is strictly prohibited and will incur penalties.
Re joining:
If you end up in the sand pit or Barry-R you must check track map for oncoming cars before re joining.
If this is in the early in the race then you may have to wait for the grid to go past. Patience is necessary.

Flags:
Blue flags:
When shown the lapped car should move off the racing line and only on a straight
Yielding drivers must stay within track limits.
Lapped cars are allowed to unlap themselves if they have a distinct pace advantage to the car in front.
However, if the unlapping car isn’t able to pull away from the lead car, then they must yield to blue flags.
Checkered Flag: When shown please come to an orderly stop somewhere off track and perform donuts if you are on the podium.

Incidents:
If you are involved in an incident and it is your fault you must wait for the affected driver, even if this means losing other positions.
If you are involved in an incident wish to file a report this will need to be sent to race admin (Placidpie Gaming) no longer than 24 hrs after the race.
This report will be independently adjudicated and result of report will be posted in race chat approx. 48 hours after report is lodged.
All incident reports must have both dash and chase cam of both cars involved in the incident to allow for fair adjudication.
It is strongly recommended to map a button for save replay (and have replay slots available) to be able to get replay footage.

Penalties:
There will be no live stewarding during this championship so only reported penalties will be applied after the race.
1-5s Penalty:
Blocking/Weaving
Causing a collision
Moving under braking causing collision
Forcing another driver off track deliberately
Overtaking outside track limits
Ignoring blue flags
10-15s Penalty:
Causing moderate collision or collision during qualifying
Unsafe re-join causing incident
Ignoring blue flags causing incident
-1 Position Penalty:
Causing a large incident on race start/lap 1.
Intentionally causing collision
Not waiting after causing collision which is your fault
Qualifying ban:
Repeatedly blocking during qualifying
Repeatedly causing collision during qualifying
Race ban:
Repeatedly swerving/blocking causing collision
Repeatedly intentionally causing collision
Repeatedly not waiting after causing collision
Repeated blue flag offences

Etiquette and Code of Conduct:
Placidpie Gaming is a an easy going and fun community made for competitive racing.
Sometimes tensions can be high and language can fruitful however threatening behaviour and retaliation on track will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly.
We are all here to have good, clean racing and a laugh at the same time! This page has been built on that foundation and will continue to grow around the same ethos!

Another great nights racing all round and a growing grid which is awesome to see!

Congrats to Michael_91_27 on another set of back to back P1's, this guy is an absolute demon around track, mad pace from him! Also, congrats to RR_ljsuperninja & DDR_Hatterlad for podiums and some great battling from both of these drivers!

Taking a break now for Christmas/New Year and will be back on Jan 6th for Race Night 4 at Barcelona and Misano!

Massive thank you to DMJ - Vroomroom for getting these tables done, and they're looking niice!

All hotting up in The DDR Double Down League, Race Week 2 but again it was Michael_91_27 that took P1 in both races, amazing pace from him to come from the back of the grid at Zolder which has given him a nice early lead in the Championship. Also, congratulations to DDR_rayray0078 & Vatality_LaLisa on their podiums, great racing on show all round!
