Story of a part of my life.
I was a bing eater aur wo bhi junkfood ki jb bhi koi tension honi ghar mein sb ny kehna chalo junkfood kha lo chips ly do chocolate ly do. With the passage of time I used to think they make me happy. Life agy barhti gyi aur grocery store par trolley ly kr junkfood uthana acha lagny laga it was like a therapy. Ye sb toa hui baat bachpan ki when I was in 1st grade to 7th grade. 1000-5000 ki sirf junkfood shopping kr keh acha lagta tha. Phir age barhny lagi aur tb bhi chips wagera achy lagty par shift hogye mehngy snacks par nutella aur pringles jese mazeed imported yet halal snacks ki trf. 8th grade to inter (college) jab bhi koi upsetness hoti uth kr kisi bary sy store par ja kr junkfood utha lai. Kisi sy larai hui junkfood la kr khush hogye. Khana itna acha nai lgta tha jitna ye satisfaction thi keh bs trolly bharr rhi hai. Wakt ghuzarta gya aur ab ek niyaa ehsas aany laga keh trolly bhar li tb tak theek laikin jese he ghar la kr sb shopper samny para hota tha aise lagta tha ghanss khaa rhi hun (grass) i’m not ungrateful here just tell you all keh kesy ham apni life ki satisfaction galat Cheezaon sy jor lety hain. Life went on aur iss concept ko smjh nai pai. University keh baad idea huaa keh yar i’m no longer enjoying eating these chips papar. The plus point was meine green tea itni pi thi mera weight gain nai huaa. After university i started learning about mental health phir andaza hua keh ye toa bs dopamine ka kam hai jo trolly mein cheezain bharty feel hoti hai baad mein sb bura lagta hai. It was like my hand wouldn’t stop opening the chips packets and putting the food in my mouth aur wo ajeeb c bekar c feeling of what am I doing. But ALLAH ny bohot madad ki aur meine trolly bharny keh safar ko ahisata ahista understand krna shuru kr diaa aur phir this was not a reason of my dopamine(happy chemicals in your brain) but agy ek aur category agyi junkfood ki aka fast food. Burger pizza aur coke ki wo thandi thandi satisfying bary bary ghoont mein satisfaction milny lagi. Uska kia kiyaaa next post mein bataunge 🥲😅
