POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Cairo, Egypt Company: Nestlé Egypt Grade: I Full-time Position Summary The Master Data Management Specialist (MDMS) is responsible for the effective implementation and utilization of medical field force data management solutions and being the system custodian and the co-pilot for field teams, PDMs, and marketing to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the field force. The MDMS is also responsible for generating insights on trends and HCP interactions to support data-driven decision making in compliance with WHO International Code of Marketing of breast-milk substitutes, Nestlé instructions, and local country codes. A DAY IN THE LIFE … MFF CRM Solution: close co-ordination / liaison with CRM support team, MFF, marketing and IT to ensure effective implementation through: Data cleansing, software testing, troubleshooting, technical support, content aggregation, and ensure the systematic organization of data (Markets, territories, users, and entities) Data Quality: Ensures the data is redundant and duplicate free and ensuring the high quality of the needed data (Accuracy, timeliness submission, consistency, availability, and relevance). Data Integration: combining data residing in different sources to provide users with a unified view of them and produce effective, actionable business intelligence:
Merging data: combining businesses, functions, and geographies data into one database
Integrate: Extract, load and transform data from Salesforce, Medconnect, iqvia, PFME tracker, websites, and Apps
Create a data warehouse: integrate different sources of data into a master relational database
Omni-channel Engagement: combine direct and indirect HCP engagement channels to improve MFF efficiency and effectiveness and drive advocacy through:
Content management: Manage the content with the different stakeholders (Marketing, Medical and agencies)
Sequencing: imbed the branded and unbranded communication into the cycle plans
Targeting and Personalization: ensure right engagement with HCPs based on their segmentation and preferences
Orchestration: optimize time allocation for each brand by HCP segment and communication channel
Track: follow-up the adhesion to the omni-channel communication plan
Data Analysis: Convert data into useful information to provide valuable insights and drive smarter business decisions Reporting: Transform data into comprehensive dashboards and customized reports to see trends, patterns, and outliers, address potential risks, and enable sustainable growth of the business What Will Make You Successful…
Bachelor’s degree in business informatics, pharmaceutical, or medical fields
A minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably with medical field experience
Strong analytical mindset
