There might be two Scarlet Witch in the ‘Multiverse of Madness.’

A character named Lore in the comics or Earth-616, is a Scarlet Witch counterpart who can travel across the multiverse. Her goal is to conquer universes/dimensions, kill other nexus beings and feeds on their power (which absolutely makes sense since MCU's Scarlet Witch is a Nexus Being), so they very well could add her. And given the fact that she can control and raise the dead definitely adds to the horrors of the film.

Lastly, it could explain why there are two Wanda Maximoffs in the teaser poster while there are 2 Doctor Strange variants, along with the original Doctor Strange.

All will be revealed when ‘Multiverse of Madness’ arrives this May.
