I’ve been watching the show BMF for the past couple seasons. While I think Blacks need to get away from Thug-Drug Culture Trauma Sauce Films and Shows, I do enjoy BMF and enjoy the aesthetic being born in Detroit and raised in Oak Park,MI. And up until Season 3, I appreciated that this was a pretty trope-less show (for the most part).
~
There wasn’t any swirling, tokenism, white prize tropes or anything like that in this show. But Season 3 introduced a character (who I’m assuming is the big bad named Henrietta). While some people hate her character,I actually don’t.However I am concerned about her character’s presence.I did a little research and could not find who the real life person her character was based off of.This important because BMF is known for creating characters who are based on real people. This tells me she is only there as a diversity check box to have an LGBTQIA presence. It does to some extent feel like they are trying too hard to make her interesting and a good replace for Lamar(although he was NON-FBA).She kind of looks like a black le***an great value Blade to me.I wanna see what she does more but I don’t like the way they are going about this. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong though:

Anyway let me know what you all think below:

Idk how true this is but word around the street is your boy Anthony Mackie is caught up in the snow storm.Idk what it is but Anthony Mackie seems to be a repeat offender on moving strange. From the roles he chooses to play to the tokenism to the begging for diversity to this. Now I don’t hate on those who in*******ally date and Scarlet Johanssen is a cute white woman, but I’m seeing a pattern with this brotha. And let’s be clear, of all the beautiful sistas that are in the MCU (Dr.Nightshade,Monica Rambeau, and Misty Knight and more) you obsess over trying to swirl up with Black Widow?
~
Also, consider what type of message you send when you as a black man publicly simp over a white woman especially when we as blacks should aim to promote healthy black families. Also, didn’t Falcoln have a lil thing going with Misty Knight? This negro was simpin so bad he didn’t even stay true to the comments. Shoot, idk about y’all but one of my celeb crushes was Simone Missick.I would’ve been trying to have scenes with her if I was in his shoes. 😂😂😂

Anyway, what do yall think?!

On behalf of “Woman’s History Month” I would love to celebrate one of our greatest contributors to black empowerment,Dr.Francis Cress Welsing. For those of you who do not know, she was a Foundational Black American Psychiatrist who wrote The Isis Papers
~
This one many created a text that broke down the psychology of the WS to a science. She is one of my inspirations for my platform because she got to the key details of why WS exists and what it’s all about.I highlight her because she is the type of woman that I hope all black women aspire to be similar to in some capacity especially in their old age.I can always appreciate when I sistas who are codified and want to do everything to aid black society.I think other black women need to see women like her. This is why I appreciate all of the queens that follow and support me and embody a similar spirit to what she had(you know who you and much love to you).

What did you think about Francis Cress Welsing?

The recent controversy with District Attorney Fani Willis has allowed me to recognize a pattern that I have been seeing for a minute now. Black public figures, celebrities and more who tend to have a track record of either enjoying swirling/in*******al sexual access, looking out only for themselves or just being a complete and utter sambo have a tendency to toss on the tin foil kufi whenever they get into a lil’ situation. This is the same Fani Willis who went the extra mile to put Rico charges on Rappers like young Thug just to boost her image and prosecute the degenerates of black society meanwhile she got protections for race soldiers and refused to take the case for Brother Rayshard Brooks who was murdered by them in ATL. Now she is taking on this blaxploitation narrative since she got caught in a situationship and the shea butter samba class will stand with her while ignoring her history. Fani the Mammie is being disingenuous sitting around looking like Wini the Pooh in a dress,
~
This is no different that Omarosa who was bed-wenching it up with Trump then turning on him for book sales when they got rid of her,Kanye West and his accusation of the Jews after spending the last decade acting like an unhinged contrarian buck, or Johnathan Majors and his Megan Good stunt after being railroaded while swirling. These Sambos get into legitimate situations and want to blacken their image up to garner pro-black support after not giving a damn about us or standing against us vehemently. It’s all phony folks and the moral of the story is the WS will always break their tools when they are finished using them up.

Do you rock with Fani Willis

Someone made a post recently where on Twitter that I found interesting. They decided to make a list of all the individuals who they believe are fake pro-black/woke oops who try to pretend they are on that wave but really are leaning towards the political shill train (Democratic primarily)
~
I wanted to gather yalls thoughts on this.Who would you add to this list?, who would you take away? Why would you take that person away? Why is this list inaccurate. If it was up to me and I had to add some folks to the list I would say:

Gail King,Angela Rye,Amanda Seales,Lupe Fiasco,Don “Lemonade” Lemon,Fannie Willis, Talib Kweli and Ice CUNE I mean Cube sorry… (although I think he’s been riding the conversative train more lately).Let me know below what you think and make sure you scroll all the way to see the whole list

23/01/2024

Although the movie villain was Quincy’s dad, the real villain(s) are both his Parents and Monica’s Mom. This was a case study for how OLD NI**AS taught their kids how to behave in relationships through manipulation and lying. Basketball connected them as it was Quincy’s escape from dysfunctional love examples and Monica’s ticket to boss girl status. The love as a result was a trauma bond.Quincys dad didn’t really want him but was concerned about taking care of his burdens raising him and had major resentment that he knocked up the mom who wasn’t a good wife (clue: she’s not a good cook). He set a poor example which Quincy desperately wanted (A Case of the James St.Patrick). His mom didn’t admit she was a gold-digging, hoe and hypocrite that trapped a baller in his dad while bringing nothing to the table while she warned him about fast girls. but instead played the victim when he cheated out of bitterness. This combo turned Quincy into a simp, hoe chaser and a poor communicator. Monica was being groomed since childhood.
~
Although her mom was submissive, she gave Monica the impression that it was oppressive. She immaturely created tension by envying her daughter embracing her boss status further pushing her into it. Monica then kept proving Quincy right that she had a bad attitude, got what she wanted when she wanted (wins Quincy over),was not there for him when he needed her because she’s loyal to the boss moniker and even found herself lonely when she became one (just like in real life). This movie teaches sistas they can have it all if they get the right sucker which is why Quincy submitted and ended up being the wife sitting with their baby watching her fulfill her baller dreams. It was done methodically however as Monica was portrayed as a tomboy. The Tomboy is a limbo stage for young sistas as they are portrayed w/ masculine interests/demeanors while ironically having a highly sensitive personality and are generally very beautiful. From my experience w/ them, the tomboy either embraces her femininity as an adult or becomes a boss.Either way, the boyishness is a defense mechanism from being hurt by a man and this movie teaches them how to be smart with it.

19/01/2024

I just got done watching all of Echo and I noticed a trend after watching Marvel’s What If Season 2 as well. They’ve been creating a lot of lore about red Native Americans and for the most part have been painting them in a positive light. They were portrayed as revolutionaries who have tapped in with their ancestors and ancestral powers to end colonization. And both stories as a matter of fact ended in the character subduing an actual WS colonizer. Notice in FBA lore we are never painted in such a light.
~
In some cases, our oppression is turned into trauma sauce/porn where other blacks are portrayed as the villain and the WS is either stopped by a white savior coming to save blacks or it ends with a symbolic means of “looking on the bright side”.In other cases, we get the Killmonger treatment where being a revolution is made to look like a Drapetomania case. The black man is portrayed as a selfish, unhinged opportunist who went too far. However, noticed that Kahhori and Killmonger had similar plights but the difference was those who were around Killmonger were not on code leading to painting him as a monster. How do these stories undermine FBA you ask? Well let’s think about the events that took place around the Dawes act and also the Curtis act. This was time period where black natives had their land taken and were enslaved by actual Indian tribes. As a FBA whose family traces to Mississippi and whose family was “part of the Choctaw tribe” I’m aware of the severity in which these red native tribes harmed and even killed FBAs and the WS knows this. To turn around and make lore suggesting us to be savage terrorrists in trying to combat colonization while making them seem like noble, pacifists who are successful in combating oppressions undermines the ways we have actually fought back against the WS in slavery (s/o to John Horse) and ignores their role of being oppressors while painting them as triumphant victors. Not mention a lot of WS paid a Starbuck coffee fee to become Indians.

17/01/2024

First of all, I have to give props to the late Chadwick Boseman and Viola Davis for the incredible acting. This is also the exact problem with movies like this. I call it the Mascara Agenda. This is when producers use tricks such as great acting, nostalgia, cool lines, great cinematics and more to polarize an audience before they hit you with a bu****it agenda and/or poor story. Levee imo was Boseman going from being T’Challa to basically being Killmonger. He kept it real being the spook who sat behind the door, challenging the old brother who said “life is fair”, questioned the “Power of God” given his god has yet to deal with the WS (only to ignore the passive spirit of the OLD NI**AS to explout religion as a way of selfishly pray for their personal salvation while cowering against the WS) to make him seem like the angry negro, they had to make this behaviors beyond actual belief, so much that it made the story unbelievable. They love to treat the spook who sat behind the door like an unhinged, sneaky, back stabbing (getting with Rainey’s woman), mentally ill opportunist and coward (yellow shoes) waiting for the right moment to sell folks out for his/herself. This goes right back to the ideal of Drapetomania that the black man aiming to escape colonization is a mental illness. And they spent the whole movie painting him as a black man who despite his bad circumstances “doesn’t have the right to act out as a result” but will surely get beat up on for not falling in line. They spent so much time on Drapetomania they barely gave Ma any character development outside of being an entertaining abrasive dark-skinned mammy/sapphire who mildly suggested not trusting the WS who only wanted her voice and the idea that the WS was indeed the actual villain of the movie, the cause of all the issues and ended up getting what they wanted as well too anyway. Funny how all of Boseman’s tributes are backhanded. But hey, go off and browbeat me in the comments about how I was “blasphemous” or quietly unfollow while munching on a succulent buttermilk biscuit like some of you negroes do because you think I’m “too negative”.

16/01/2024

So, I finally watched the first two Miles Morales Movies. And I have to say, everything that made me apprehensive about watching the movie in the first place was pretty much confirmed. Starting about 5 minutes into the movie I noticed something with Miles Character. There are times where the WS creators love to use this technique I would call the Black Trope Dogpile Agenda. This is when a black character is given so many tropes the mission in what they plan to do with the black character appears arbitrary (but it all boils down to general disrespect). Miles Morales is a token,a Mantle Passing Carbon Copy Trope,a swirl trope, an electric black superhero, and much more. While I will admit that this movie did show Miles have a love and respect for the black men in his life, the producers/ creators clearly didn’t.
~
It was clear from the jump that they were trying to demonize FBA culture throughout the movie’s entirety. They made Miles’ last name Morales so he wouldn’t be named Miles Davis who is a famous FBA jazz musician (not to mention in hispanic cultures they do hyphenated last names meaning), they made his uncle a degenerate thug masked as prowler, he also was a WS (Kingpin) tool that got broken, his dad was a police officer (which today is widely associated with being crooked and brutality), they also were very performative making sure to emphasize his latino side with the music in the beginning and having his mother barely say any words outside of randomly speaking spanish a few times. Not to mention the dad was swirling too with a white latina (or an ambiguously black one). Don’t get me wrong the movie was good, but I noticed that at times producers make good content to sway/polarize their audiences who will overlook the disrespect as a result. When you see this post folks don’t get triggered and get to “Toolsplainin”, there is no benefit to justifying their behaviors using story talking points to affirm anti-blackness when we know the folks who create these depictions either hate us, want to use us or both.

This was a post request from the sis . This is one of two movies I’ve watched in recent that embody the in-between stage of exposing agendas while also portraying them. The main characters in the movie exhibited all different tropes that blacks get placed into. You had the “reformed thug”, the loud, big backed “sapphire chick”, the black LGBTQIA+ dude, the tragic mulatto, the male womanizer, the CUNE, the boujee girl and more . They were trying to examine black culture from an inside and outside perspective referencing our habits, phrases, pop cultural interests and agendas we get crafted into. Even the title/catch phrase “We all cant die first '' takes a shot at the Black Martyr Trope. All such things were on purpose, but I noticed a few more things as well too. The movie was basically what happens when scary movie/scream is all black and meant for the purpose of saying there are crafted image out here
~
To some extent, I believe the movie was also secretly trying to say “we are not a monolith” which subliminally removes the need for criticism that should come with the over portrayal of these tropes. I noticed in this movie the women still seemed to have the most heart (back bones of black society), the reformed thug’s way of being reformed was hooking up with a white woman, and the gay guy was still a sidekick to a black woman who basically was cosplaying the hating ass black female friend. Even with the villain, Clifton, he wasnt just a CUNE. He was a bleek. For some reason bitter girl blerds and non-blerd blacks and/or phony blerds have this fantasy that the real villains in black society are petty, socially awkward geek caricatures who most likely were mad from being out dogged in school and dont know how to “move forward”. In reality, she’s butter sambas and hood ni**as can be CUNES too. Making him a sambo just made him a believable villain.IMO this was a movie that tried to add authentic black comedy and realism, but the realism started to miss some introspection possibly due to hubris. In order to expose, agendas you have to be honest about the ones you perpetuate.

09/10/2023

Today I want to talk to you all about my first, target y’alls president, Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. He is one of the biggest covert anti-black YT supremacists. And for those democratic butt kissers out there, I do believe he has a more vast track record of anti-black white supremacy than Trump. Let’s take a quick review of what he has said, done and NOT DONE.
~
He has called FBA felons predators too sociopathic for rehabilitation while calling calling other YT supremacists his friends, passed, took credit for a crime bill in 1994 that mass incarcerated many FBAs, told Charlemagne tha God live that if you have trouble on figuring out whether or not to vote for him you “aint” black, called LL Cool J boy, talked down about black society saying that unlike us hispanics are incredibly diverse community with different attitudes about different things, called Barack Obama the first mainstream, “African-American” to sound articulate. I could keep going, but he also has done nothing for blacks. No reparations, no black business donations, anti-FBA hate crime bill, and hell the jackass couldnt even make the 10K debt loss happen. I’ll never forget back in 2020 when some of those useless sambos I followed from college on FB ( and even some of my friends at the time) adamantly told theyd vote for him cheered when he won or saying he was right about the BC statement.
~
He was made to seem like a lesser of two evils because Trump was made the “big bad wolf” WS. In reality, he represents the true image of WS today. Covert in action and subtle sporadic in rhetoric. On top of that, silly negroes are tone deaf to his disrespect because he isnt constantly sh***ed on by the media despite his behavior. And no its not his age, intellect, or upbringing that makes him this way. Democrat and liberal doesnt mean “cares for, let alone gives tangibles to blacks” yall and this man is proof of that. He is an enemy of black society and if you follow me and voted for him as an FBA, I pray that it was because you were a do**us and not a CUNE.

This is a post request by my man . This film imo should have been called “Happy Wife, Happy Life”. They projected this falsehood that as long as the woman is happy nothing else matters and when they are not all hell breaks loose. The women were dealing with MAJOR control issues. They also spent the whole movie gaslighting the men, emasculating them, lying and being selfish.
~
The men were mere props needed as pieces to project an image of the life they wanted and for everyone to see but nothing else. Even the old lady they spoke said she prayed for a good man to come along to help fix up her issues. Dianne just like all her friends in that first movie demonized Mike for cheating just for her to emotionally cheat. Chances are her it was because she couldn’t control everything she wanted so she let it out elsewhere. She really didnt want to be a mother and lowkey a wife (having her tubes tied so she could focus on her career). Angela reminds me of a caricatured,halfway-hoodrat that sees a black man they actually are feeling and says some s**t like “You must be into white girls”. These chicks have low self esteem and think these dudes are too good for them. So, they use w**d (in her case alcohol) to cope and they emasculate their man every chance they get and accuse them of cheating.
~
Patricia was totally checked out and her not being happy was a focal point. Gavin in his drunken rant pointed out her issues like control, wasting time and making him a case study but not giving him any profits from it. Then she emasculated him after he came for everything. Sheila gaslit Troy who had valid concerns. She wanted to manifest a fantasy life that she wanted Troy to enjoy as much as she did and was mad because he didn’t. She put him in toxic situations, lied to him snuck behind him and never apologized. But he apologized every 5 min for his tone or for being standoffish or she’d leave. As a response to all of this they made the men look crazy, defensive or overly suspicious. “Happy Spouse, Happy House” should be the motto because even when your children are gone yall are all you have.

20/09/2023

Here’s my quarterly rant about things I don’t like about the WacKUNEda series. Listen I’ve never been a fan of T’Challa and Nakia as a couple on Black Panther. They always felt kind of forced to me and a way for Black Panther to have a “2nd string” love interest. They couldn’t make the Storm thing happen so they transformed the certified crazy woman from the comics into a legitimate love interest. That’s right, if you didn’t know Nakia was a crazy chick in the comics who was sometimes obsessed with T’Challa and sometimes ready to off him.this would have been an interesting dynamic to put in the story but of course this didn’t happen
~
I also didn’t like Nakia because was borderlining shea butter samboism.Just like the classic Shea butter Samba she seemingly embraces her black womanhood but doesn’t grasp or uphold the concept of Independant black unity as a whole. Think about how she was trying to convince T’Challa to “help others” outside of the Wakandan nation with their resources yet folks have done nothing but steal from Wakanda. She also was at the forefront of committing treason when King Killmonger took the throne. Then she gave T’Challa the legacy of a baby daddy and gave us an Original Character that most of us don’t give a shot about and know is a token gesture. The point is this woman was always nothing but trouble to me.I rather her ass have just been crazy.

18/09/2023

I had a convo w/ one of my followers about pan-africanism. I actually support it.It means unity among all blacks across the world. As an FBA I stand in solidarity with other FBAs,carribeans, latin-ex, africa and all other black cultures. Specifically, I stand with those who are codified and black and not the “tethers” who buckdance for the WS or look for self-interests.
~
Unity means all those unified stick to a specific code of conduct. Pan-africanism has been misused to deflect from the need for consequences for breaching this.I esp don’t like the way it gets used against FBAs. It’s been used to erase our culture, say we are misc. africans that dont know where in modern Africa we come from. We have tethers cosplaying us in media and disrespecting us and our leaders like MLK and Malcolm X, and become political shills saying we dont need reparations. We’ve been manipulated with the one big negro trick where they can gloat about their wins as a “Kenyan American” but forces all of us to absorb their degenerate choices and never speak about it. They look down on us and say we had all these opportunities we didnt reap when they didnt use that energy in their homeland. Yet, we advocated for them to come here, support them in getting reparations in their homelands and even go over there to build only to get scammed.
~
Damned if we do, damned if we don’t. Criticizing folks for off-codeness gets us dumped on as does honoring our culture. Pan-africanism only works when isn’t one-sided. And to be clear, we aren't creating tribalism, we are delineating and working with the on code. Part of being in any “community” means punishing those who violate it. We check our own so I expect the same from our fam in the diaspora. My black immigrant partners know I have love for them and that these criticisms aren’t personal to them. The WS knows our differences and uses it against us. Just like many issues I discuss (in*******al dating, LGBT, black women acc etc) its not pan-africanism I cant get behind its using it to do the performative samboing and pandering to agendas I will never stand with.
