2024 turns out to be a very productive year. We have 2 more releases out!
Frequency eater is the solo-project by Owen (Days of desolation, Ikea mutilation manual, Dahmer duck, ...) In which he explores his progressive post-metal side. "This is everything there is" is already his 4th full album in which he does all the instrumentation, resulting in emotive, instrumental prog. We released his latest album on cd (10e) for your listening pleasure!
While we are at it, we also released the 3rd Frequency eater album Engulf on cd (10e). Previously, this only was released as a lathe cut 2xlp on clear vinyl (very few copies left, 35e). Now everybody has the chance to get this great album on a physical copy.
SuckAF**k records asked us to distribute the discography 2xCD by the radical left wing black metal band Marxthrone. We didn't hesitate to do so! So, we have a 2xCD (15e) combining all their releases up to date (only digital release up to now): A blaze of the western sky ep, the N.W.O.R.B.M. ep and the Total dialectics album. Despite popular believe, no drum computer came near these recordings.

The year has just begun and already a second release has seen the light! Mass extinction is a project by Tom Maher (Organ Dealer ).
This is the message he wants to spread:
"While it's not exactly a "concept" album, the lyrical themes deal exclusively with man's treatment of animals and the horrors of animal agriculture. Each track covers a different aspect of what animals are forced to endure simply because it is profitable for humans to treat them as "products" rather than independent life forms.
The purpose of this album is to inspire the listener to combat oppression in all of its forms. Whenever there is an imbalance of power, the victims are clear and it's important to understand the consequences of our actions (and the power we possess to abstain from siding with the oppressors). While it is easy to make excuses, it's far more admirable to create change."
Musicwise, this takes the best of Disrupt and Nasum and makes an awesome mix of them!

We got to know Feind when they asked Jasper 'Infested Art' Swerts to do artwork for their new recordings. They didn't have plans to release it so we teamed up with them and erdkern records to get this out.
This turned out amazing in our opinion. Top notch grind with impressive artwork. Really pleased with this one.

Summer is a good time to round up what we have done so far and what we are up to. Prepare for an extensive update!
We have had 4 releases in 2023 so far.
The Dahmer Duck 10" is sold out from us. As it wasn't really distributed, it may be hard to get hold off...but a new Dahmer duck lp is in the works!
Frequency Eater engulf 2xlp is our second release this year, 2xlp lathe cut, limited to 30 copies. Still some left but don't sleep on it! Also, a new lp is in the works!

Thanks to the netwerk of friends, the lp is widely available. Check your local diy distro! First lp still gets the vinyl treatment and is off to go. Noise from Halen in the USA! Noise from the Bay Area soon on Halenoise.
We just got home from our Bay Area Bastardization tour with Dahmer Duck, Violent Opposition and Mormon Mincers. It's hard to put into words how amazing this trip was. First off, Gilman Grind/Punks Presents: Fast, Weird, and Freaky Fest was the raddest. We got to meet some of our favorite musicians and play for and with them, new friendships were forged and old ones rekindled and made physical. Our shows in Sacramento, San Jose and Oakland were awesomely fun to play too. All bands on the bills were more than solid; and to play with the likes of Human Obliteration, Path and Godstomper, among many others, was crazy in of itself. So many young punks too! The scene over there was extremely kind to us, loving in every way and it really is something to strive for in Europe when it comes to DIY and unconditional mutual support. We want to thank the extremely talented Damian Talmadge aka Violet Opp for inviting us, taking care of logistics and good conversations and humor; and of course Bridget for cooking for us and taking us on hikes with Maddie (the dog). Last but not least, we want to praise Calvin aka Roaddawg aka Vinnie C. Burgabelli for driving us around with Elizabeth the Ambulance, all the stories and good moods/blastbeats he hath providedth, and more. We love you, Bay Area! Let's reciprocate by having you all over in Europe one day.

A little update from the label:
We will be doing a Dahmer duck: Anatine apocalypse ep 10". This will be a one-sided lathe cut, limited to 50 copies. Half of them are sold through the label. The other half will go to the US, as support for the shows Dahmer duck will do over there in may 2023.
The DAYS OF DESOLATION s/t lp has been remixed and remastered. It is almost done and will be sent off to the pressing plant soon. This will be a collaboration with the same labels who did the Circles lp: Loner Cult Records , Romantic songs and Up the punx. Watch out for live shows from Days of desolation. They have several shows planned, including Grind the n**i scum fest and a few dates at the US west coast in May 2023 together with Dahmer duck.
Ikea Mutilation Manual must have their music materialized. We plan a discography cd from these crazy bad asses.

Finite States, the first Frequency Eater record, turned 5 years old a couple of days ago. Owen remixed and remastered it for the occasion. Couldn't swap the guitar tone so it's still there in all of its badly engineered glory, but hopefully it sounds a bit better than when he just started mixing. It's available for free over at bandcamp. Should be up on streaming platforms today or very soon at least.
